Sayulita Life’s $5,000 Monthly Donation Goes To: SayuLimpia!

Join Us in Making Waves for Conservation!

We’re thrilled to announce the Sayulita team for this year’s Nado Por Las Ballenas fundraiser! Thanks to a generous donation from Sayulita Life, our team, Sayu-Limpia, will embark on a remarkable 20+ kilometer paddle boarding journey to raise vital funds for whale protection in Bahia Banderas. Organized by Greer Fawcett, the leader of Sayu-Limpia and the monthly clean-up and education initiatives in our community, our efforts will directly support Olas y Redes, a WWF Mexico program dedicated to engaging locals in conservation efforts and environmental education.

The Sayu-Limpia team features some of Sayulita’s finest paddle boarders, including national champions! Our roster includes Papas Héctor Mauricio González Ríos, Cohen Rutherford, Chris Ostrowski, Trace Ostrowski, Alex Ostrowski, Summer Sage, Maximiliano Gamaliel Plascencia Carreño, Frida Solange Martinez Verdin, Fernando Amaral Lorenzo, and Fernando Stalla. Together, we’re committed to protecting the marine environment of Bahia Banderas and inspiring future generations to value their natural surroundings.

We invite everyone to join us on this exciting adventure during the weekend of October 5th & 6th! Whether you choose to swim and paddle alongside us or make a donation, every contribution makes a difference. We also welcome anyone interested in participating as a team rider or volunteering at our events. Together, let’s ensure that Sayulita remains a beautiful and vibrant town for years to come!
