Azul Sayu A.C. and Pro Sayulita are excited to announce that Phase One of our project to replace unsightly black garbage bags with elegant trash enclosures and recycling stations is now in progress.
Thanks to your incredible generosity, we’ve raised enough funds to kickstart this initiative. Your contributions are already making a significant impact, and the transformation is underway. With your continued support, we will enhance our community’s environment and lifestyle even further.
Phase One Is Underway: We are thrilled to share that Phase One has officially begun. While we’ve met our initial fundraising goal, additional contributions are still needed to ensure the success of this project. Every extra bit helps us expand our efforts. Project Goal: Our aim is to position Sayulita as a leader in waste management and ecological practices in Mexico. Your ongoing support will help make this vision a reality.
Project Costs: We aim to raise USD 87,000 (1.4 million pesos) to fund:
- Phase One: 10 mobile containers and 1 recycling station
- Phase Two: 11 mobile containers and 2 recycling stations
- Phase Three: 7 trash casitas and 2 recycling stations
