Rosetitta in Sayulita is a one bedroom vacation rental that is a charming, clean, quiet, safe, and modern accommodation located less than two blocks from the Sayulita beach and village plaza.
Overview: The unit is an apartment-style rental attached to a larger villa. The entrance is completely separate since the units are on different levels. Rosetitta is very modern with a full kitchen complete with granite counters, full-sized fridge, AC, safe, king-size bed (or two individuals beds), and two sets of sliding patio doors opening to a private patio.
Location: One of the best in Sayulita. No rental car or golf cart needed. Walk to the beach or plaza in less than 5 minutes. Restaurants and stores are just down the street. Rosetitta is located in a neighborhood of many high-end villas.
Safety: Rosetitta is very safe with a separate locking entry gate to the property. Our property is fully staffed with maids and a gardener. There is a combination lock bolted to the wall in the bathroom.
Furnishings and Art: Guests will be delighted with the quality of décor and furnishings. High-end linens, original paintings, comfortable furniture, and great kitchen equipment all add to the overall guest experience.

Due to the absence of ocean view and pool, the above prices are slightly lower than most other quality 1BR units in Sayulita.
Low Season (July-Oct): $75/night
High Season (Nov-Jun): $105/night
Holidays: $650/night *please note Villa Rosettita rents only as a 4BR during holidays. Please see 4BR here.
*Five night minimum applies during high season
