Description

Casa de las Orquideas is a newly constructed home near the ocean, with 2 rental options for a larger party. This oasis of Mexican and Thai design offers guests an opportunity to nurture the mind, body and spirit. It is perfect as a surfers’ retreat or for those who just want to relax near the beach, enjoy sunsets and serenity of Sayulita’s north side. Nestled in coconut palms just a ten minute walk to the town plaza, yet far enough from the plaza not to be disturbed by nightlife noise. Casa de las Orquideas is an intimate retreat with a distinctly modern, indoor-outdoor living style.

The peaceful Garden View is a 2-bedroom (ALL QUEEN SIZE BEDS), 2-bath suite. This casa comes with equiped kitchen, washer/dryer, iron/board, etc. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, blackout curtains and noise canceling windows so you can sleep in undisturbed. The master bedroom has an in-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. All rooms has A/C and ceiling fans so you'll stay nice and cool on those hotter tropical days. If you are coming with a larger party, the third floor Ocean View Suite is an option for a total of four bedrooms, four bathrooms, accommodating up to eight guests.

Step outside where you'll find your own private, heated infinity dipping pool. Each bedroom has its own palapa covered balcony and a large shaded terrace is just outside the kitchen so you can truly enjoy tropical living at its finest.

A gem in Sayulita !

Casa de las Orquideas was a perfect place to stay for us. We stayed there for 3 weeks and rented the 2nd floor. The casa is very clean and we appreciated the beautifull garden touch !
It is located close to town and very close to the beach, making it very easy to go for our daily walk on the beach (no excuses...). A plus: It is also very close to two wonderful yoga studios, where I could attend classes everyday.
We cooked our meals most of the time and enjoyed using the fully stacked kitchen. We enjoyed also the quiet location, which was important for us.
Ann and Levi are very responsive and always made sure that everything was OK. We learned that it is common to lose power in Sayulita. Every time they were very proactive in communicating with us. Also, we had rented a golf cart and they provided us with the charging and even a cart parking !
I would gladly recommend for those who are looking for a beautiful quiet place

Wonderful booking experience and stay.

Had a great experience communicating with hosts before and during stay. Reserved booking through Venmo and received deposit immediately after finishing our vacation. Ann and her partner, who live onsite, took great care of our needs and questions and even brought us fresh milk when we arrived late night and wanted to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped to cook a great meal. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were equally comfortable and well designed. The location is amazing as well - perfectly close to everything but quiet at night. We loved treating this home with care as if it was our own. Would definitely stay at Casa de las Orquideas again.

Beautiful casita!

We loved this apartment. It's impeccably decorated, roomy, the AC works well, and the location to the beach and town is perfect. The owner, Ann, is also very responsive and helpful. Heads up the street the unit is on is a dirt road that is a bit rocky (tricky to navigate at night, or with luggage), but we didn't mind since the location was so perfect.

Magnificent setting!

When looking at the photos for most places we have rented in the past they usually are not as nice as the pics. Here it is was just the opposite, Casa Orquideas far exceeded the online photos. Just wonderful. We rented the 3rd floor and loved the marble floors, ambience, and back lit quartz counter top in the kitchen.
A very short walk to the beach we could hear the ocean every night! We particularly enjoyed the proximity to jungle trails and secret beaches for walking. Being close to downtown nightlife and markets made the location perfect for us.
The open concept and size of the unit with the veranda and dipping pool made for an easy relaxed outdoor feeling and was great for entertaining.
Ann is a pleasant hostess and was quick to answer all of our questions.

Casa De Orquideas,..Perfection

After reading the previous rave reviews, we definitely agree! This is a perfect place to stay. There were four of us (two couples) staying on the 3rd floor. The unit is lovely, spacious, comfortable, efficient, with beautiful views. The bedrooms are at opposite ends, each has it's own bath, very private. The terrace was a favorite, like living in a treehouse! My treat...birdwatching while relaxing in the infinity pool!

Peaceful and engaging Sayulita retreat!

Very well appointed, a few steps from the main beach, these flats are well appointed and offer a nice retreat from the beach if needed. The convenient and heated infinity pools are a nice way to still be connected to the outdoors if the beach sun gets too hot. Sayulita is a engaging but relaxing town, and everything is in walking distance. The hosts are very accommodating while respecting privacy - housekeeping services available on request but otherwise on a desired level. Great place! Peaceful and relaxing! Listen to real waves while you fall gently asleep!

We LOVE Casa De Las Orquideas!! Can't wait to go back!

This is a perfect location along the Sayulita Beach - combining easy access and close proximity to the downtown (two blocks) with a constant ocean breeze and the waves that sang us lullabies every night. Our floor was very well appointed with lovely beds and baths, warm pool, fully equipped kitchen complete this beautiful spot. Top the experience with wonderful knowledgeable hosts who were extremely accommodating to our needs. We were very happy to relax and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended. Looking forward to going back soon.

Perfect Location-Amazing Property!

Casa de las Qrquideas exceeded our expections! The location, size and quality of this lovely property was ideal for us. With the beach just steps away and a short walk to town yet a bit removed from the hustle of the main beach and downtown-what could be more perfect! We stayed on the 3rd floor which was open and spacious with wonderful ocean views, tasteful design, decor and beautiful orchids throughout. We greatly appreciated the well equipped kitchen for the times we wanted to cook. The private dipping pool and deck were enjoyed everyday, a real treat after a long walk on the beach as well as a favorite spot to enjoy the beautiful sunsets! We loved staying here as if offered enough service to make our vacation enjoyable and worry free but also offered the privacy that made us feel as though we were in our own home! This was our 6th time visiting Sayulita and Casa de las Orquideas is our new favorite place to stay! We highly recommend this Casa to anyone looking for a wonderful place to Relax, Unwind and Experience Sayulita!

gorgeous, a dreamy retreat.

i feel so fortunate to have spent time at the casa de orquideas, it was exactly what i hoped it would be.

down a sandy street in a quiet part of town, the casa is so close to the beach that you can hear the waves. step out the door and you're on the beach in a moment, watching the waves roll in. or take a short stroll into town for fresh croissants, fresh vegetables and fruits, or cool shops and places to eat & drink.

inside, the house is serene and luxurious, and tropical plants of all kinds are everywhere. balconies off the living room and bedrooms open up the living spaces to spectacular ocean views through the trees, plants, flowers, and birds.

mindful design choices in this new construction are everywhere. the space is open, fresh and tranquil. the heated outdoor shower for rinsing sandy feet is great. the showers and towels are beautiful. there is purified drinking water, personal laundry, a thoroughly stocked kitchen, and the heated dipping pool is a lovely place to relax.

our trip went very smoothly, thanks to the competent and very capable owners (and their dog!). we felt safe and secure, and we wouldn't change a thing about our stay at the casa. i can't wait to go back!

Beautiful suite right on the ocean

We loved staying at Casa Orquiedas, the space was clean and suited all of our needs. We came with our 2 year old son and it was the perfect size for us. Had we had another couple come though, it would have been tight as the beds are queen and not king. Aside from everything being brand new, I’d say the highlight of the space was it’s wrap-around balcony with a view of the ocean - one of the perks of staying on the 3rd floor. Ann was very helpful with all of our needs, I.e. charging the golf cart, cleaning services and water refill. Would definitely recommend this space to anyone coming to Sayulita! The location is unbeatable!
