Villa Ocho Estrellas in Sayulita is located in Sayulita's premier luxury development, Punta Sayulita, offering an amazing vacation experience. Located a mile south of central Sayulita, it is the perfect home away from home. The Treehouse design offers a spectacular Palapa over the living room which features a full kitchen, a beautiful perota dining table, and a cozy living area.The infinity pool extends the living experience with spectacular views of the Sayulita bay. It's the perfect place for a special family getaway or a group of friends who want to just hang out and enjoy the beauty of Sayulita. A short video is available upon request!
The indoor/outdoor living room looks over Playa Los Muertos, the town of Sayulita, and the entire coast line that stretches north past the neighboring town of San Francisco (San Pancho). Three air-conditioned bedroom suites are located on the level beneath the great room, joined by an expansive balcony with sweeping bay views. The master suite has a king bed and a on suite bathroom with a shower and the room features a spectacular view of Playa Los Muertos. The guest suites, one with a king bed and the other a queen, share a bathroom. Upstairs there are one more bathroom and another air-conditioned room with a twin over full bunk bed.

The Punta Sayulita community offers 24-hour security guard services, and a beach club that features a restaurant, private beach, dock, two pools, a gym, a TV room, a full and walk or swim up bar (open 9am-6pm). Guests can check out paddle boards, surf boards, and kayaks to enjoy the spectacular Sayulita bay. Villa Ocho Estrellas comes with two parking spots, highly recommend a golf cart.
Your name is required to enter into the gated community of Punta Sayulita. Anyone not on the list, won't be permitted to enter.
Villa Ocho Estrellas is located 1 mile south of Sayulita. It is an easy walk thru the jungle but you SHOULD rent a golf cart during your stay. Our house manager can arrange golf cart rentals (usually $50/day). Golf Cart is not included in nightly fee.

Pricing is in USD per night.
Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to stay. If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior or arrival, the guests will receive a full refund if canceled within 48 hours of making the reservation and at least 14 days prior to the day of arrival. If cancellation falls outside of this timeframe, the guests receive a 50% refund if the reservation is canceled 7 days prior to arrival. If there are 7 days or less prior to arrival, there will not be any refund issued.
From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted with a stunning view—my eyes were immediately drawn to the gorgeous palapa roof, the inviting infinity pool, and the sparkling ocean just beyond. The views are stunning from every corner. It has the perfect set up to read and relax on the balcony, or play games at the huge kitchen table and make great meals from the open air kitchen. The kitchen table is perfectly positioned right next to the pool, making it effortless to take a dip between meals.
The atmosphere here is pure serenity. It’s tucked behind gates for added security, and its elevated location above town offers peace and privacy after a fun day exploring Sayulita.
My husband and I were amazed by every detail, from the artwork to the vibrant color choices—all of which reflect the owners’ love and care for their home.
This is truly a slice of paradise, and we can’t wait to return again and again.
