Casa Maramor in Sayulita is located in a beautiful private oceanfront complex, WHICH IS STEPS FROM THE BEACH..
This Spacious beautifully decorated Three bedroom home is nestled in a two-acre luscious palm grove among more than 50 coconut bearing palm trees, fruit trees, and tropical plants, on the north side of Sayulita.
Casa Maramor has three master suites, each with king size beds and private baths , each of the 3 king suites have either ocean views or open to private sunny terraces or a private garden.
The house comes with all linens and beach towels. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers great views while cooking. The living room /dining room are under a large palapa roof, sliding doors which open to a spacious terrace, where you can enjoy the sunset, a view of the beach and the pool, listen to the waves, watch the surfers, or the birds. The living room has comfy built in couches, cable TV,
Wireless Internet.
You are steps from the pool and the ocean. There is a private outdoor shower, Weber BBQ, and laundry/maid service is provided daily except for Sundays.
All rooms have ceiling fans, all 3 bedrooms have AC. There is a hotel-style safe to keep your valuables and laptop while you are at the beach. A lovely sitting room in the middle of the house can be used as an extra bedroom.
We prefer groups of 6 persons including children.
although we can accommodate a group of 8 for an extra charge.
A car rental is not necessary as all restaurants and shopping locations are within walking distance. We are far enough away from the noise of the town, but only a 10 minute walk into town. While you are in Sayulita we can arrange taxi’s for day trips, massages, manicures and pedicures, boat rentals, and other activities for you. However, if you do decide to rent a car we have ample parking space on the property.

Spacious Luxury, Steps from the Beach:
The first thing that wowed us was the sheer size of the house. Our teenagers loved having their own huge rooms with private bathrooms – it provided much-needed space for everyone to spread out and unwind. The kitchen was another highlight – it was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the daily maid service and laundry room ensured a stress-free stay.
Endless Fun by the Pool and Beach:
Just a short walk (one day I counted at it is less than 100 steps!) from our doorstep lay the breathtaking beach. The house even provided beach chairs and toys, so we were all set for endless fun in the sun. Back at the house, the sparkling infinity pool was a welcome refuge after a day of exploring.
Stellar Service and Local Expertise:
The owner Janet and House Manager Enrique of Mar Amor truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable and safe. They provided invaluable recommendations for a private chef Cecilia, who created amazing meals for us throughout our trip. Additionally, they helped arrange transportation, ensuring our travels around Sayulita were seamless.
Bonus Perks:
The cherry on top? The house had super-fast wifi, keeping our teens connected, most importantly for my son who is knee deep in writing college application essays (when they weren't swimming or playing beach games, of course!).

Mar Amor is the ideal escape for families seeking a luxurious and hassle-free vacation in Sayulita. The spacious accommodations, proximity to the beach, fantastic pool, and exceptional service made our trip truly unforgettable. We highly recommend this beach house and can't wait to return someday!

Everything was within walking distance from the house. No need to rent a car. Sayulita life Js limo services . Once in town, you have the option to rent a golf cart. Due to the proximity to everything we chose to walk to restaurants, shops.
We went during the raining season if it rained the water from the river washed into the ocean but would clear within hours.
