Casa Linda Theresia in Sayulita is your private, luxury getaway directly across from and less than 50 feet from the beach!

Located almost right on the water at Sayulita beach, Casa Linda Theresia offers incredible views from nearly every room of this 6 bedroom, 6 bath property. This recently remodeled casa blends old world charm and contemporary architecture and is ideal for family groups, weddings, and retreats.

The property has 6 bedrooms (5 King beds, one Queen, and two daybeds), 3 full kitchens, 6 bathrooms, 3 half bathrooms, an infinity-edge pool, a full laundry room, complete amenities, and security. Each bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom, and 3 suites have a full kitchen for hosting evening fiestas.

The house is located in a safe quiet area with very relaxed surroundings. All around Casa Linda Theresia you can find different restaurants with great food, including vegan food and gluten-free options and great coffee shops and breakfast offered at the main plaza just a 5 minute walk from the house.

Our property manager, Frank, is available if you need any help or if you have questions. If you need transportation to and from the airport, as well as to organize fun activities, we are happy to assist.

Love this place!

This place is AMAZING!!! We arrived with a party of 8 & Casa Linda Theresia far surpassed our expectations! We had the best of both worlds with our stay in Sayulita! We were able to live with the locals and enjoy all that Sayulita had to offer, as well as enjoy the resort style living at Casa Linda. The views & location are spectacular! The accommodations are incredible! There are many stairs at Casa Linda but if my 80 year old mother can manage so can you! Shout out to Frank the Property Manager, William the Grounds Supervisor, Tino the Transportation Supervisor & Chef Sonia for all their fantastic service & hospitality. We are already discussing another trip to beautiful Sayulita & Casa Linda Theresia! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Simply Incredible!

Stunning casa in perfect location!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Casa Linda Theresia. The home is an architectural work of art and the location is absolutely perfect. It is the full Sayulita experience being right on the main beach with close walking proximity to town (5 mins walking to the center) we enjoyed the stunning views and amenities that this house had to offer. Frank was incredibly helpful ensuring that we were set up with transportation to and from the airport, a chef dinner and golf carts for getting around town. We loved the beautiful kitchen and dining areas for family meals and absolutely recommend having Frank coordinate a chef dinner for your group. Chef Sonya made the most delicious Mexican cuisine for our group one night and it was one of the highlights of our trip! The pool was so refreshing and kept clean. Perfect for those humid sayulita days lol. I will say there are a lot of stairs which could be a bit of a challenge for elderly guests. Although, we did have my 80 year old grandma with us and she did great with a little assistance from our family members. Each room has a stunning view of the ocean with privacy which is perfect for groups traveling together. Our family loved it so much and highly recommends this beautiful casa. Muchas gracias Frank and Casa Linda Theresia for a beautiful stay in Sayulita. We made memories that will last a lifetime and we will be back!

Incredible place

This place is incredible. The location and views of Sayulita are unparalleled. Frank was amazing and helped us arrange transport to and from the airport and even helped us book a private chef. I highly recommend this stay.

A Dream

This place is an absolute dream! There are LOTS of stairs, so keep that in mind if anyone has mobility issues, but it didn’t take away from this place in the least! We had 6 couples and every couple had their own private area with amazing views private bathrooms, and 3 separate fully equipped kitchenettes.
Frank was amazing helping us coordinate anything we needed while there. He set us up with car service transportation to and from hotel and even took us to the store for food and supplies en route to the house.
Highly recommend the golf cart rentals to help you toodle around town and find new beach areas. But even if you stay close to the house there are still multiple beach areas all within a short walk.
In sum, best house I’ve ever booked for a vacation rental and we will for sure be back in the future!

Amazing Stay

One of the most beautiful and amazing vacation rentals I’ve stayed in. The views in person are even better than what you see in the photos. House is spotless when you arrive. Gorgeous and convenient location

This house is beyond gorgeous in the most convenient location ever not to mention Frank the vacation rental host was absolutely great to work with. He was extremely helpful in every way and quick to respond to any questions I had! The only thing I would say was there was some miscommunication about laundry! Haha (if that’s the only thing that’s pretty good) but, you do not have access to the washer and dryer you have to pay to have your clothes cleaned by the maid. Paying is no big deal it just needs to be more accurately stated. Anyways, loved the house (lots of stairs if stairs are hard for you) and overall it was a great experience and we had a great time.

Great location and beautiful home

A beautiful home and a lovely location - very close to town and beaches! Loved the many patios and places to enjoy the view of the ocean. Frank was a great host and Tino was a fabulous driver who shared lots of great info about the area.

Beautiful and great for large groups

This property is beautiful and perfect for large groups. It's essentially 6 mini casitas (each with it's own bathroom) on one property with 3 separate kitchens, multiple gathering areas, and a small but nice pool. Be prepared for a lot of stairs as it's over 100 stairs to get to the very top casita. If you have difficulty with stairs, this is not an ideal location for you as even the bottom two casitas require multiple steps. The kitchens have the basic tools to prepare meals and we hired a chef for two nights, which was a lovely experience - look up Chef Carmen on Yelp.

The location is perfect, a 5 min walk into the main town with the beach right across the street. The town itself is small and you can walk all the streets in less than an hour but there are plenty of shops and restaurants to explore.

I gave this property 4 stars largely due to the fact that the water went out one day and it took about 6-8 hrs for them to replace the pump, which was inconvenient since you couldn't use the toilets or shower. We also had a shower break and not get repaired for over 24 hrs, which required multiple inquiries to fix. On the flip side, they do have maids that come during the week to provide fresh towels and a pool guy that cleans the pool daily so that was an unexpected touch. However, note that unlike other vacation rentals this property does not have laundry facilities you can use. They charge an extra $350 pesos/day and you need to arrange that service with the maids. Frank is the property owner and operates a cute shop nearby in town and was very attentive and responsive to our texts. Overall, we would rent this property again but hope for the price they invest in some plumbing fixes to avoid future issues.
