This 2 bedroom modern oasis offers you b 2 king beds, a full kitchen, two stories, internet, and 2 private balconies with astounding ocean views. Comfortable work and play spaces, fire pit, and lots of space for each visitor.

Pescadores #22 Condo Rules:
1) Act in a manner that will not compromise the security and tranquility of other owners nor the prestige of the condominium.
2) Maintain a family-friendly environment.
3) Owners and their guests will be held responsible for damages to common areas.
4) Only 6 occupants per unit.
5) No rentals less than 5 days.
6) Quiet hours are midnight until 8 am.
7) Pool is closed at 10PM until daybreak.
8) Space for only one 4 seater golf cart. Do not park outside of your assigned space.
9) Children under 10 years old must remain out of the common areas after 8PM.
10) Do not hang items of any kind from the windows, railings, balconies, or in the common area.
11) Keep sound volumes to a level where it can be heard within the unit but not other units.
12) Guests are not permitted to have any pets.
13) Do not remove any items from the common areas for any reason.
14) Gently and securely close the funicular gate.
15) Administration is permitted to enforce these rules including inspection of personnel units in the event of a complaint/infraction. If the owner or renters are found to be at fault sanctions, including blocking the use of the funicular, will be applied.
***Please note that the funicular at Pescadores #22 has limitations that may require our guests to use the stairs to access their rooms. The funicular limit is 4 people at a time, restricted use during rain, and if the gates are not properly closed the funicular will not function. ***
The steps up to La Cima are 118 from the lower level.

Security Deposit $600
Full amount paid minus $400USD per house per rental week fee if notified at least two months before stay. Refund when notified less than two months before the beginning of stay only if the house is re-rented, and then for the amount of new rental minus $400USD per rental week for each house rented.
Covid-related cancellation: Full amount refunded or change of dates if airline or government restricts traveling
