Famed local architect, Raul Velazquez, designed this incredible home for our family, and we are excited to share it with you. As you will see, Raul captures both function and beauty...providing spacious and modern touches most unique to this area.
With over 3800 square feet of open-air, luxury living, Casa Kiki features:
- 4 Bedrooms & 5 Bathrooms. Designed to sleep 8-11 people comfortably. Each bedroom is quietly air-conditioned, with en-suite bathroom and private terrace
- 11 to 24 foot high ceilings and sliding glass pocket walls allowing the option for seamless indoor/outdoor living
- Gourmet appointed kitchen, with a full complement of state-of the-art appliances
- Adjacent formal dining area has 10ft custom made single slab, parota wood, dining table with comfortable, unobstructed, seating for 10 adults
- Salt water pool, hot-tub Jacuzzi with outdoor shower. Airy outdoor covered patio accommodates seating for 8-10
- Signature staircase leads to third floor covered palapa seating area and adjacent sun-deck. Perfect for early morning coffee, yoga classes, late night cocktails, set to mountain & partial ocean views...all within ear-shot of the ocean

Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Easter/Semana Santa): $650 USD per night
$250 Cleaning Fee added to total for all stays.

25% due upon booking and balance due six weeks prior to arrival.

Beautiful home with easy access to the beach
We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Kiki and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Sayulita with easy beach access. The house was clean and had everything we could want. The beds were comfy and the air conditioners in the bedroom cooled the rooms down quickly. The pool and hot tub is private and is a great place to spend the day.

Unforgettable Retreat in Sayulita: Casa Kiki Exceeds All Expectations
My wife and I absolutely love the town of Sayulita, a hidden gem just a 40-minute drive from PVR airport. The vibrant and authentic beach town offers friendly locals, surfing, beautiful sunsets, and a rich local flavor, from colorful murals to family-run shops. Sayulita boasts an impressive food scene in a laid-back surf town atmosphere.
Casa Kiki is a private, secure retreat just two blocks (a 3-minute walk) from the beach, situated in a quiet part of town. It's within walking distance to the local market and town plaza, though I recommend renting a golf cart for convenience. The private pool and hot tub in the backyard, resembling a walled tropical garden oasis, were highlights of our stay. The house offers ample space for a large group; we hosted my Aunt's birthday celebration here and enjoyed cooking at home and dining on the open-air rooftop with views of the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding tropical jungle hills.
The house itself is beautiful and modern, adorned with local art and exuding high-end Mexican beach town vibes. All the bedrooms are comfortable, with one featuring a private terrace. The air conditioning in each room quickly cools you off after a day at the beach. We loved opening the floor-to-ceiling glass pocket doors to the patio and pool area, embracing the indoor-outdoor living style from the moment we arrived.
Isa, the house manager, provided outstanding service, arranging airport transportation, golf cart rentals, and even a private chef who prepared amazing meals for us. The attention to detail and responsiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. Casa Kiki truly felt like a luxurious yet homey escape, and we can't wait to return!

Casa Kiki rocks! Beautiful house. Sensational location! Go!!!
I wouldn’t stay anywhere else as we were spoiled renting out Casa Kiki! The house is absolutely phenomenal! It’s spacious and has a really cool vibe! Wanna chill? Hang poolside or dip a cocktail on the rooftop. Wanna surf or read a book by the ocean? Walk there!!! Rent a golf cart to get around and you’ll experience a near perfect vacation! Book this place now! I’m hooked.

We love casa kiki
This is my third time staying at casa Kiki. We went for my mom’s 65th birthday with family and friends and had a magical time. The place felt like home and was so inviting. It is also perfectly clean and tidy.
One of our favorite parts of casa Kiki is the location, you are a quick walk to the beach and town center. However, the place is so nice, you’ll never want to leave and will end up unwinding at the pool for hours.

This place is PERFECT!
Casa Kiki is not only a gorgeous property with all the finishings, it is perfectly placed near a gorgeous beach that feels almost private it’s so quiet, but it’s also a 2 min golf cart ride to the heart of town. If you’ve never been to Sayulita, this is HUGE because town is unlike any Mexico getaway you’ve ever been to. When I say this is paradise, I mean it. I will be back to Casa Kiki any time I go to Sayulita, there is no better place. Truly a home away from home! From the spacious bedroom layout to the open kitchen bar that breathes right out to the gorgeous pool, this is everything we were looking for and more. Icing on the cake was the incredible house manager who coordinates anything you could ever need or want to do during your vacation. 10/10

FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY IN SAYULITA!
The house was amazing. Loved the open floor plan and the saltwater pool and hot tub. everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was close to everything, We had a chef come in to cook for our group, and its was amazing. The host Isa, set up the airport transportation, golf cart rental and chef for us. Very responsive host! He recommended an Italian restaurant, and it was the best! The customer service from Isa was outstanding. We would stay there again!

Casa Kiki- Must Stay!
I recently had my wedding in Sayulita March 2024 and stayed here with two other couples and had the best time. The large dining, living and kitchen space made it easy to host our families and had enough room for all to sit, eat and mingle. I also had my bridesmaids come over to get their hair and makeup done here before the wedding, with plenty of space for everyone. The backyard made a perfect backdrop for our first look too :) This house has it all! We did end up renting golf carts to get to event to event, but the location is an easy walk to town and close to a couple yummy restaurants. If your looking for a perfect wedding weekend house- this is it! Thank you Tom, Isa and team, we will be back!

We loved your home and Tomas is an angel and ready to help at every turn. My granddaughter got an ear infection late at night and Tomas recommended a clinic to get her help. One day he brought all of us mangos grown by his mother. I think this place deserves nothing but a five star review.

Best Customer Service Ever
Easy living at its best. Tomas the property manager is the best at his job. Upon arrival the refrigerator was stocked with the items ordered including homemade quacamole and pico de gallo. He also made breadfast for us the first morning. HIs recommendation for a fishing trip was outstanding (Captain Regis). Went on a 4-hour fishing trip. Our group caught about 15 Mahi. The captain and crew fileted the catch on the beach which we then took home. The best part was that Tomas cooked ourcatch that evening along with sides of fresh vegatables and a mexican rice. He is an outstanding cook. Casa Kiki itself is comfortable, relaxing and with Tomas' oversight, an overall first class experience.

Perfect Family Get Away. I love this place.
Casa Kiki was the perfect place for an excellent family get away! I will be returning as soon as possible. Terraced living at its finest and a spacious open concept in the living and dining room with the breeze keeping it cool all day long in mid-March. I enjoyed breathtaking sunrises with coffee in hand and I can honestly say this was one of the nicest places and most relaxing vacations I have ever had. Paradise is a given at Casa Kiki with a private saltwater pool and hot tub open 24/7 right outside the spacious living area. Green Parakeets birdsong started every morning out and I loved every moment spent there. This enchanting casa, extremely private behind walls, close to town and a block away from the beautiful beach will not disappoint! You will be greeted by property owner Tomas who along with his staff provided us a birthday authentic Mexican meal that was out of this world. The golf cart was perfect for family trips to dinner or to the beach and to just explore the town of Sayulita. I could go on and on about this place but I give it five stars plus.
