Jenn began her yoga journey in New York City receiving her 500-hour Yoga Alliance certification plus supplemental training in the chakras and Ayurveda, but left behind hectic city life to wander through Mexico and pursue her passion for teaching. While in Mexico, she has more deeply connected with nature and a softer side of the practice, becoming certified to teach stand up paddle board yoga, yin and restorative. Whether you want to move with your breath through a fiery vinyasa flow, or are looking to relax and rejuvenate with a more gentle practice, Jenn will guide you through your experience safely, with a spirit of loving playfulness.
JPO Flow - Yoga with Jenn in Sayulita also offers and leads women’s and full moon circles and ceremonies as well as guided intentional meditation; perfect for honoring the bride-to-be, deepening bonds with loved ones or personal release and reflection.
