Casa Ilusion in Sayulita is the most beautiful beachside villa on the north end. Come relax in serene indoor / outdoor palapa poolside living, all within our spacious gardens. Bring another friend or 2 – we’ve added another bedroom suite plus a tv/games/kids' room. Now even more perfect for families and friends!
Casa Ilusion is a unique, luxury private beachfront home. Located on just under an acre of land with towering palm trees and 120 feet of beachfront. One of the few of single family homes, the entire property is rented as a whole for privacy. No car is necessary – restaurants, cafes and lovely Sayulita shopping are within an easy 5 minute stroll.
As soon as you enter Casa Ilusion, you will see through the beautifully appointed main house to the professionally landscaped, tranquil grounds & spacious lawn lush with magnificent palms to the ocean beyond. Relax under a palapa, umbrella, or on a hammock by the ocean, with the sounds of the waves and the sea breeze. Carry your board 200 yards up the beach to surf the left or right, or walk up the beach to dinner.
Casa Ilusion’s main house and casita are ideal for 5 couples. The five spacious, air conditioned suites, each with an ocean view, offer the highest level of comfort with luxury Frette and Coyuchi bedding on king beds, all complete with their own en suite bathrooms. The new separate TV/games room can be converted to 2 twin beds for accommodating 2 children (kids only please!). This room is next to our first floor bedroom and can be configured as a family suite as needed.
In addition to the main house comfortably sleeping 8 adults + 2 children, there is a lovely beachfront Casita, just steps from the ocean, which sleeps 3 (King + Single bed). The Casita is an air conditioned freestanding suite with full bath and a beautiful palapa style ceiling.
In all, Casa Ilusion has beds for 10 adults and 3 children. We also can provide 2 cribs and highchairs.
The main living space comes equipped with all of the amenities you could need; flat screen smart HD TV. High speed Wi-Fi connection is accessible throughout the house and the grounds.
Casa Ilusion features its own private beach area with palm trees situated atop a five-foot seawall so you can either lie in the sun at water's edge on the wide public beach, or find some shade to take a nap in a hammock on our own beach frontage. This feature is unique to Casa Ilusion.
Daily housekeeping service is included six days per week (not Sunday).

We are happy to assist you - Our guest manager can assist you prior to your arrival with arrangements for Airport Transportation, Private Chef, In-House Masseuse, Private Surf Lessons, Yoga & Salsa Lessons, Catamaran Tours, Golf Car rentals, Dinning Reservations and anything else you can think of! We have daily morning cleaning Monday through Saturday.

The property offers five bedrooms suites with five King beds and three single beds. We can accommodate up to 10 adults and 3 children. 2 additional cribs are available without charge. Please see description for details on accommodations.

When we arrived Theo was there to greet us and give us a tour of the property. The view through the front doors was stunning as you can see the pool and ocean as you approach the entrance of the villa. Each of the bedrooms was a master suite with walk-in showers. Usually, rental vacation homes have some rooms that are better than others, leaving the guests in an awkward position of who gets the better room. Here, each room is equally incredible. Hats off to the architect who designed this.
The pool is done in slate tiles and shimmers with an array of colors and water was at a perfect temperature. The hardest part of our day was deciding where we going to relax as the property has so many hidden areas to relax in.
There is a nice tequila bar adjacent to the property on the beach. The bar let us take our drinks back to the villa and we would later drop off the glasses the following day. We brought in two masseuses from Nirvana Spa and all of our guests thought these were the best massages they had ever had. We will definitely be back.
