Villa Gran Rosa in Sayulita is a stunning, brand-new villa located at the top of picturesque Nanzal, a popular local viewpoint overlooking Sayulita and the coastline. It features 4 private bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 guests. With Gourmet kitchens inside and out, this is a perfect home for entertaining. Separate casita over garage can be added on to accomodate 2 additional guests.
Villa Gran Rosa is walled, gated, and secure. It features a gourmet kitchen and a large dining room table, great for large groups. The master bedroom sits poolside, downstairs while the additional three bedrooms + a viewing deck are upstairs. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, A/C, ceiling fans, and views!
Step outside to a large outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and seating area next to the infinity pool. One full bathroom with an outdoor shower is located near the pool. This space is perfect for entertaining, relaxing, and enjoying the views (not to mention the breathtaking sunsets every evening)!
Guest parking is in front of the house, golf carts are recommended. Down the hill, you will find yourself at the tranquil north end of the Sayulita beach and just minutes to town.

Villa Gran Rosa en Sayulita es una impresionante nueva villa ubicada en la cima del pintoresco Nanzal, un popular mirador local con vista a Sayulita y la costa. Cuenta con 4 habitaciones privadas y puede alojar hasta 10 personas. Con cocinas gourmet por dentro y por fuera, este es un hogar perfecto para el entretenimiento. Se puede agregar una casita separada sobre el garaje para alojar a 2 huéspedes adicionales.
Villa Gran Rosa está bardeada, privada y segura. Cuenta con una cocina gourmet y una gran mesa de comedor, ideal para grupos grandes. El dormitorio principal se encuentra junto a la piscina, en la planta baja, mientras que los tres dormitorios adicionales + un mirador están en la planta superior. ¡Cada habitación tiene baño privado, aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo y vistas!
Salga a una gran cocina al aire libre con asador grill y zona de descanso junto a la piscina infinita. Un baño completo con ducha al aire libre se encuentra cerca de la piscina. ¡Este espacio es perfecto para entretener, relajarse y disfrutar de las vistas (sin mencionar las impresionantes puestas de sol cada noche)!
El estacionamiento para huéspedes está frente a la casa, se recomiendan carritos de golf. Al bajar la colina, se encontrará en el tranquilo extremo norte de la playa de Sayulita, a solo minutos del pueblo.

We had plenty of space for our group and absolutely loved our time spent together inside in the living area/kitchen as well as outside by the pool. The temps were high during our stay, so we appreciated that Rosemary had shaded areas around the pool to relax, in addition to the breathtaking infinity pool itself.
Rosemary helped us coordinate transportation to and from the airport, chef Jesùs (whose meals and cocktails were truly 5 star), massages (which were transformative!!), and a yoga class with a local teacher. There were even more experiences that she offered to coordinate for us (horseback riding, boat trip, etc), but since we were only there for the long weekend, we wanted to leave ample time for poolside hang outs and exploring the town. We will definitely check out the other experiences on our next trip to Sayulita (and we will not hesitate to book with Rosemary again)!
Rosemary also helped us coordinate golf carts (3 golf carts for group of 10 people), which are a MUST for this place given the steep, windy hill it is situated on. It was also so much fun zipping around the town in the golf carts, we looked forward to every excursion on them.
The views from the villa are spectacular, both by the pool as well as from the rooftop. I highly recommend staying at Villa Gran Rosa - we cannot wait to get back there!
The host Rosemary is wonderful, she arranged our transportation to and from the airport and had side by side ATV’s delivered to the house for us.
The house was very clean, grateful for the help of Maricela, I’ve never felt so spoiled.
We’re looking forward to returning again next year.
Her staff is super responsive to any issues that arise. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
