Casa de Ensueño in Sayulita is located south of the village square in the picturesque Sayulita, Mexico. It consists of six beautiful one-bedroom casitas, and a large 2 bedroom Penthouse. All are tastefully furnished and completely equipped to provide every convenience during your vacation. The views from the private patios provide ocean and village views. The secure enclosed grounds have been professionally landscaped, and each unit has a separate entrance from the courtyard.

The buildings showcase the beautiful handiwork of Mexican artisans and journeymen, from the stone walkways surrounding the pool and leading to each apartment, to the bathrooms with hand painted sinks and tiles in the large showers.
Location: Casa de Ensueno is located on Calle Naranjito (street of little oranges) a quiet dead-end street in Sayulita in a friendly, safe neighborhood with about a eight minute walk to the beach and the village square. The property sits on a small hillside above the street and from your private patio you can enjoy outdoor dining surrounded by tropical plants and the romantic Sayulita ocean views.
Casita Amenities: The interior is tastefully furnished with a comfortable 7 foot built-in sofa, dining table and chairs, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area has a comfortable king-size bed.(most units) a built-in safe and air conditioning in each casita. There is a door between the adjoining patios that can be unlocked to accommodate families or friends traveling together. Our design allows us to offer a range of rental options and prices to accommodate guests with different vacation needs.
Regarding check in dates: We have a FLEXIBLE (no Sunday check ins) Check in policy during High Season and Holiday Season, with a seven day minimum stay. In Low Season we are flexible with arrival/departure dates and length of stay. Minimum rental period in the low season is four nights. Please feel free to ask us about your specific dates during all our seasons.
Long term rentals are available but lilmited Casa de Ensueno. Please check with us on what suites are available.

**** OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Full Refund with 75 days notice PRIOR TO RESERVATION DATE. After that we will make a good-faith effort to re-rent the accommodations, and we will provide a full refund if we are able to do so. All refunds will be subject to $100.00 USD cancellation fee.

**** Casa de Ensueno is smoke-free inside all the units, and in the common areas of the property. A $150.00 USD cleaning fee will be charge for smoking inside any of the accommodations, or damaged caused to the units.
Casa Ensueno is quiet and peaceful away from the noise of the town but close enough to walk there.
The outdoor space is immaculately kept up from Jose who is always willing to answer any questions or help where he can.
Inside the space is beautiful and spacious. Bella was friendly and quick to offer anything we needed such as fresh towels and always had the place very clean.. We stayed in #3 for a week which had a great view and patio. We moved to #5 for the next week and this had even more privacy and a great view.
The only problem was that we did not want to leave.
When we left we forgot money in our safe and the staff notified Kim and Kathy right away and the money was returned to us.
We will definitely be back again to Casa Ensueno!!!
The suite was roomy, well equipped, clean and well supplied. Jose maintained the gardens and pool very well and Bella maintained the room well.
The patio is completely private, and has a nice jungle and town view, but not quite high enough to see the ocean, which was not a concern. The beach was only 10 minutes away, and we walked 3 miles on the beach every day.
The location is fairly high on a hill, on a cul-de-sac, so there was very little traffic other than deliveries and tradesmen.
There was very little sound at night from the restaurants, although one club on the very top of the hill above us had a musical event one evening which stopped at 11 pm.
Free high-speed internet enabled us to stream movies very easily, and was fast enough to do Zoom calls, which we did daily.
We highly recommend Casa de Ensueno and the town of Sayulita with its many restaurants, live music and nice long beach.
The pool and lounge area is beautiful with a lovely garden and a rock wall fountain that recycles and filters the pool water. It is unheated but is refreshing in the hot sun.
My microwave broke down and I had a new one in a day. Everything is replaced or accommodated immediately.
I can not say enough great things about Casa De Ensueno except I love it here so much that I feel like I have an extended family here so I am staying a year instead of six months.
