Casa El Mirador in Sayulita is a newly constructed haven designed specifically for gatherings of family and friends. This custom-built property strikes the perfect balance between expansive outdoor spaces for dining, lounging, swimming, and playing, and private indoor areas for relaxation and leisure.
Nestled atop the stunning Nanzal Hill, Casa El Mirador offers breathtaking views of town, the lush jungle, alive with tropical birds, and the ocean beyond, where guests might even catch sight of whales. The property is a mere 3-minute ride or a 10-minute walk from the beach yet remains delightfully secluded from the hustle and bustle of town. From its vantage point, guests can savor spectacular vistas and enjoy year-round sunsets.
The property features three luxurious suites, which can be rented together for large groups or individually when available allowing multiple families to have their own space. Each suite boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining area with a 65” smart TV, and bedrooms furnished with king and queen beds, each having its own bathroom. Two of the suites include lofts, perfect for kids. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and high-end custom furniture.
The pool-level common area is what truly distinguishes El Mirador from other luxury rentals in town. The expansive swimming pool includes designated areas for infants, a shallow section for children, and a uniquely deep end not found in any other property in the area. A full-size jacuzzi is perched on a raised level above the pool, doubling as an exhilarating jumping platform.
This area also boasts a full-service kitchen equipped with a gas range, icemaker, microwave, and gas barbecue, perfect for hosting large groups. While each of our units includes a full kitchen, many guests prefer the communal atmosphere of cooking alongside friends on the pool level. We can arrange for various chefs to prepare diverse meals ranging from authentic Mexican dishes to local seafood or sushi.
Adjacent to the pool, a large palapa offers shade and is furnished with a spacious dining table that seats 12, comfortable living room furniture, a ping pong table, and a 75” smart TV for streaming your favorite games. This level also features multiple bathrooms and changing rooms for both men and women, accommodating social gatherings of nearly any size.
On the lower level, you'll find a pickleball court that doubles as an indoor soccer court. The court is completely covered by a palapa, with ceiling fans to provide cooling and lighting for nighttime play
The property offers excellent internet service for those needing to work remotely, along with streaming capabilities for all TVs. It is equipped with a backup generator capable of powering the entire house and a fully filtered water system, ensuring that every tap provides safe drinking water. An elevator offers convenient access to each level of the home.
Casa El Mirador is a full-service destination. Juan Ruiz, who has 15 years of experience organizing excursions in Sayulita, resides full-time on the property. He can arrange anything guests desire, including transportation, shopping, and tours. Additionally, we have access to several excellent chefs who can prepare meals on-site. While you might find it difficult to leave this idyllic retreat, Casa El Mirador is only a short drive from downtown Sayulita. There is easy access by golf cart and ample parking available.

So great to have you and glad you enjoyed. Yes all northside homes do need Golf Cart. It’s kind of a fun way to get around town.
Lastly, Juan is the man- he went above and beyond in planning outings, hikes, chefs, doctor appointments…he’s Johnny on the spot. We will all be back as often as possible as we feel like family!!
