El Fin Del Cielo In Sayulita is a unique stretch tent accommodation situated high up on a hilltop with amazing views over the ocean and Sayulita village. Live in the palm of mother nature with all modern amenities. The amazing views can be seen from almost everywhere inside and out. Watch the sun go down relaxing in one of our three customized sky nets with an ice-cold margarita or simply relax on our 4m x 2m sofa. If it's the right season watch the whales breach far out at sea.
The space
El fin del Cielo was originally created as temporary accommodation, so that time was not important to complete the future construction planned, the journey could therefore be enjoyed. It has met my expectations and a lot more, living in this amazing space has brought so much pleasure and fun. Sited on private land set atop of the north side hill with two large entrance gates, we have no doors or walls just views. 5 minute drive from the centre of town, or a 10-minute walk there and a 20 minute walk back. Internet service is very good, supplied by Starlink.
You enter the property into a driveway/yard area. Cars can be turned around in this area although it is a little tight. However, I would advise this at all times as it makes driving down the hill a lot safer, especially when wet. You then enter into a partially covered shaded garden area complete with seating and then up a step into the main accommodation past two extra-large painted pots. When entering your breath will be taken away! The main tent area is 150 square meters which houses the entrance area, two bedrooms at opposite sides, lobby, lounge, and a 4 meter long dining table and seating. Amazing views can be enjoyed from everywhere. To the rear, the tent canopy joins a traditional palapa roof which covers the kitchen, and then via a small but beautiful garden which leads to a large bathroom, also covered by a palapa roof. There is a large open space, ideal for yoga or exercise in the mornings and three customized hammocks to the front of the tent. A beautiful traditional rock wall surrounds the main area and features throughout the kitchen area, bathroom and side terrace.
Ambient and utility lighting services the whole accommodation. The space is regularly fumigated to keep out any unwanted visitors. The canopy is 100% waterproof, anti UV made of high-grade heat-reflecting material, and mold resistant. I have experienced many tropical storms living in this space with no problems.
Lounge Area
We have a 4m x 2m C shaped sofa, coffee table, floor cushions, and three LPG powered fire pits. These are not for cooking on but are great for light, ambience and warmth when required.
Dining Area
There is a beautiful 14 seater parota wood dining table with benches on three sides and a step with cushions on the other.
Sky netting Area
In front of the dining area are three customized hammocks made from the same netting used on catamaran yachts. Each will easily hold 4 people. Chill and relax and feel as though your floating in amongst the jungle canopy. No smoking is permitted in these.
Kitchen Area
The kitchen consists of a large kitchen island with an integrated hob and oven and eight stools, a large fridge freezer, 5 meter worktop with an integrated double sink. There is also a washing machine found in its own hut in the permitter garden.

Our host, Dicky (Richard), was outstanding—he personally hosted us, serving delicious food and drinks with warmth and care. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The food and drinks were fantastic, and the overall vibe was relaxed yet elegant. Highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a special place to host an event in Sayulita!
When I saw the sign in his pictures that hangs above the kitchen 'Find Your Tribe and Love Them Hard' I knew then this was my place. I was looking to have a sexy beautiful birthday celebration with my family and some of my closest friends. The discerning taste of Dicky's natural artwork, safari tent, beautiful table setting and welcoming cocktails; from Chef Pat to Victor the best DJ we could have hoped for ... Chef delighted us with his culinary skills and a tres leche birthday cake that was a family recipe of the chef's assistant; to being cared for with perfection by Dicky bartending and being the most exquisite host ... you will find party planning from afar become your hearts desire realized in these very capable hands.
The guest were greeted with welcome drinks and a stunning view! They provided caterers , a bartender and a great surround sound that we could play our own music playlist. We ate, drank and danced the night away.
10/10 would recommend.

The venue easily accommodated 45 people. The host was fabulous as were the margaritas and canapés! I would 100% recommend booking a party here and will be back in the near future.
The highlight was definitely the breathtaking views—every corner offered a perfect picture. Plus, some guests even spotted whales in the distance, adding to the magic of the evening. Overall, it was a perfect venue for a milestone birthday, blending natural beauty with comfort and fun. I'd highly recommend it for any special occasion!
