Villas del Corazon is a large beautiful private home, perfect for everything from a small family getaway to a large reunion, group retreat, or a wedding. We are located just 300 ft from the beach and 3 minutes walking to the Sayulita Plaza.
On the main level, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and they share the large master bathroom. There is also a 1/2 bathroom out by the kitchen/living/dining area. On this level you will find a complete kitchen, with everything you need to cook and serve for a large group, a dining area, living room, and the main terrace with a large beautiful heated swimming pool and enough space for large gatherings. We have hosted wedding parties with over 100 people.
On the next level there are two private suites, each with ensuite bathrooms. One has a king-size bed, one has a queen-size bed, and they each have a fold-out couch for more sleeping capacity. There is a second kitchen up there on the terrace, and plenty of more terrace space with comfortable furniture to sit out and enjoy the views and breezes.
One more flight up, is the penthouse floor with two more king suites, each with ensuite bathrooms. Here you will enjoy the best views in the house from another beautiful open terrace, a great place to gather for the sunset.
4 separate studio apartments are located below on the ground level. One large apartment has two queen beds, a 3/4 kitchen, bathroom, dining/living area. The other three smaller apartments each have one queen bed (plus one also has a fold-out couch), bathroom, small fridge, and microwave.
Great views, ocean breezes, the beautiful heated swimming pool, and the incredibly large and comfortable terrace spaces, make Villas del Corazon the best location for Weddings, Reunions, Families or Groups.

RENTAL RATES for Villas del Corazon are per night and in US Dollars

On top of all that, they have an awesome staff in-place, that is not only helpful but is attentive and responsive to your every need. These folks were available 24/7. What a game changer.
I couldn’t imagine staying anyplace else in Sayulita, and I saw a lot of places while I was here for my son's wedding. One final thing I should mention, you still get some noise from the nightclubs on the beach, but I’m not sure you could ever avoid that within sight of downtown.
In summary, you’re never going to find a better place for the money that offers the views, the privacy, and the amenities that they’ve got here. This is a place with real heart. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again.
