Beautiful spot!

Condos de la Sierra are new, beautiful, and in the perfect location — close to everything but still quiet. Maurice is wonderful to deal with — an excellent communicator and always helpful.

Great spot to settle into Sayulita.

The location of this condo is perfection. You're close enough to all the action without having to deal with all the noise. As noted before the neighbors became like a family. Love the neighborhood, love the neighbors, and loved the property manager. Maurice was super responsive, and super helpful.

The condo itself is comfortable, but more importantly it's nice to have a place dedicated to long-term rental. Nobody asking you to leave in December for a week, not worried if they're going to sell it from underneath you, just settle in and enjoy your stay.

Great location and awesome manager.

We enjoyed our time at Condos de la Sierra. We spent a year prior to buying a house. It was clean and steps to restaraunts, tiendas, and the beach. You couldn't pick a bettr location. Maurice, the manager, is very accomdating and helpful. The other tenants were quiet and respectful.

We spent one year at Condos De La Sierra. It's a very convenient location. The property manager is the best. Really fair and friendly guy. He made us feel very well cared for. The building is clean and the people in the condo became a little family. Great experience.

Love love love it!

We absolutely love our our new home. We love the modern feel to it and is really well cared for. The property owner is SO sweet and really put a whole lot of love into this place and it shows. To top it off our property manager is one of best we’ve ever had and makes sure all of our needs are met and then some!

Modern Bungalow Paradise

Wow. Where to begin? The intricate architecture of the building instantly puts you at ease and makes you feel like you just stepped into a modern luxury in the heart of Sayulita. The natural light that comes in from floor to ceiling windows makes the whole place light up and highlights the earth tone color scheme of the condo for a magical naturesque environment. We have been here three days and for every ask we have had it has been taken care of within hours by Maurice the property manager who has been more than accommodating. Huge tropical plants placed throughout the house with a fishbone looking modern staircase to put you into the bedroom area. Oh, to the best part, THE VIEW. It's so high that you can see sll of north side and then some with the luscious trees as your view. You can even see a smidge of the ocean you are so high up. Very comfy and just what we were looking for. IF you have the chance to look at these gorgeous units do not hesitate; because they are going quick.
