Description

Casa Cereza in Sayulita is a lovely house that combines Old Mexican design with modern amenities. Located in an upscale, residential south end neighborhood, Casa Cereza is just a 4-minute walk to the town plaza and beach. The street is quiet and peaceful and the patio and backyard are very private and secluded. It's perfect for two couples.

The house has an open floor plan with a beautiful covered patio that opens onto a lush tropical garden. The roof offers star gazing, views of the hillside and bird watching at one of the largest fig trees you will ever see. Each bedroom features a queen-sized bed, screened windows, ceilings fans and remote controlled air conditioning to help assure you have a great night’s sleep. The patio features a relaxing hammock and an additional outside shower. If you decide to have a car, which is not really needed, there is off street parking

Amenities include a full kitchen completely equipped with all the supplies needed for cooking and food preparation. And if you desire, arrangements can be made for golf cart rental, cooking, catering, massages, or concierge services, just ask our property manager. Wi-Fi is also provided for our guests. We subscribe to the TELMEX Paquete 599 plan which reports download speeds of up to 150 Mbps.

Gorgeous House in Sayulita!

Two Bedroom House, immaculate brand new kitchen, parking space, air conditioned, and best of all, a private back patio and back yard. In a quiet neighbourhood, minutes from downtown Sayulita, and from the beach.

Perfect location and great amenities!

We could not ask for a better location for our stay in Sayulita. It was super close to downtown and the beach, but just far enough away that you did not hear the vibrant sounds of late night in Sayulita. The blender, outdoor grill and back porch became a daily ritual after surfing everyday! We absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back. Tom & Jennifer were very easy to work with and provided great service, even from afar.

Beautiful, Clean and Close

This is my 5th holiday in Sayulita and this has been the most peaceful place I’ve stayed. It’s colorful , clean and has a beautiful back garden. It’s close to town and to the beach but still very private. Will definitely stay here again.

Great holiday home away from home!

We had a great stay in Sayulita (as usual) and loved everything about Casa Cereza! It was sparkling clean when we arrived and was in the best location. Although it is best suited for 4 people, we did just fine with the 5 of us....the only problem is that we really needed 5 hammocks, since we all wanted to siesta in the one after a day at the beach. We will definitely book Casa Cereza on our next visit to Sayulita!!

Great stay, wonderful location

We love Casa Cereza! It is perfectly located -close to town and the beach, but far enough to be quiet. The house is charming and so comfortable. The back porch is a great hang-out zone. We love the outside shower and the kitchen. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. They helped us with all our needs. I definitely would stay again!

Lovely Week in Sayulita

Casa Cereza was exactly as described. Not on the beach, but a short distance away from the beach or town. The back terrace was gorgeous and I spent a lot of time in the hammock. The kitchen was equipped with two small refrigerators, but that worked for the simple breakfasts and lunches we prepared. Beds were comfortable and it was decorated beautifully. We had a problem with no water pressure in the bathroom on the day we checked in - but it was immediately resolved!

Everything was perfect

Lovely, clean, comfortable, well-stocked and felt like home! Everyone and everything was amazing! Good, quiet, peaceful location but close enough to walk to town and beach. The host was very helpful with any questions we had. Staying at Casa Cereza was one of the highlights of our vacation!

Casa Cereza is a gem

Our group (two couples and a child) loved our stay here!

The house was just as advertised, very tranquil, and yet an easy walk to the main square and beach.

The design and decor made us feel at home, and the beds were comfortable, of course we really appreciated the AC.

I would not hesitate to stay here again and will definitely recommend it.

Close to everything yet super quiet

Casa Cereza is as gorgeous as the pictures! The warm terra-cotta colors make this a wonderful place to call home while staying in Sayulita. It is an easy walk to the plaza, maybe 5 minutes, and 10 minutes to the beach, and it is always quiet/peaceful! It is in a sweet neighborhood and has a lovely garden you can look at while enjoying morning coffee. The outdoor shower and rooftop deck are both such a treat!

The property manager was there to meet me and she is a text away- if she is needed. She was very responsive to questions I had and always had quick solutions to problems. (The internet when out in a lightning storm. She brought a replacement modem the next day!)

The kitchen has everything you’ll need if you decide to cook at the house. Garbage is picked up twice a week, the housekeeper who comes once a week is lovely, as is the friendly gardener.

I love the terra-cotta plates, the extra thick Mexican glasses, and the ceramic sconces on the wall.

Although there are two bedrooms, this was perfect for just me!

The AC units are located in the bedrooms. Turn them on at 8, and by 8:15 the room is cooled completely. They are powerful! The beds are comfortably firm, with a variety of pillow choices, which is great. The housekeeper will wash the towels and bedding (of which there are plenty) and even freshen the floral arrangements. There is an unlimited amount of fresh bottled water to drink, and two apartments sized refrigerators.

I love Casa Cereza! If you are solo like I was, or with a partner or kids, this cozy casita might be just what you need! Complete with hammock!

The owners and property manager were very friendly and easy to work with. It is a charming little house, very clean and cute. Loved that it's so close to the beach! I would definitely recommend this home to anybody staying in Sayulita!
