Pamper yourself in your own private guest house, salt water dipping pool, and outdoor shower. Your personal balcony overlooks a lush tropical garden with partial ocean views. This peaceful vacation rental is centrally located with only a 5-minute walk to the center of Sayulita and the main beaches. The guest house is newly remodeled with beautiful textiles and decor.

Casita Nopal is located on a private residential property. The owners live in the main house and offer two rental units that have their own private entrances and space. The Casita is located one level lower than the main house.

Absolutely gorgeous

We fell in love! With Sayulita and with Rachel’s Casa Mariposa. The house is tucked away with an amazing view, beautiful surroundings and within a 5 min walk to the city center as well as the main beach. 1 minute to amazing restaurants and coffee shops and 15 minutes to a secluded beach with the best sunset.
The design of the place is stunning and the pictures do not do it justice. We loved the modern, clean yet local design and sustainable approach to the place. It has everything you want and more.
Rachel was an amazing host. Super responsive and helpful, always available and sharing tips and local contacts.
We will definitely be back!

Absolutely perfect!

Casa Nopal could not have been more perfect for us. Walking up to it in its private and secluded little area was pretty incredible. You are immediately struck by the view as well as the private little pool. It was exactly what we needed and Rachel could not have been more helpful and friendly. When we come back to Sayulita we will definitely book Casa Nopal again.

A wonderful stay

We had a great time here. The town is easy, if steep, to walk. Rachel's place is very nice and (mostly) quiet. Everything is within a 5 to 15-minute walk. Great food abounds in Sayulita. Don't be afraid to eat on the street! During our 10 days here, there was always a beach with perfect waves for us to play in.

Pictures don't do it justice!

Don’t know where to begin! This is such a tranquil space where you can unwind and have privacy. It’s next to a small hotel but otherwise pretty secluded from the main part of town. It’s decorated beautifully and the pictures don’t really do it justice. It had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. We loved staying here and would do it again in a heartbeat!

Easily the best place I've stayed at in Sayulita

Absolutely loved the little slice of heaven that is Rachel’s place. Quiet and peaceful but only a few-minute walk from all of the fun Sayulita has to offer. I’ve stayed in Sayulita 3 times, Rachel’s place has easily been my favorite. It’s beautiful and so convenient

A gorgeous oasis

Rachel’s place was a wonderful and perfect retreat! The casita is beautiful and they included many nice details in the renovation.
The location was perfect - easy walk to town and no need to rent a golf cart (though I do recommend bringing tennis shoes for walking around Sayulita in general!).
Rachel was a friendly and thoughtful host and we appreciated her binder of recommendations. I can’t wait to stay there again!

Stunning views!!!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful week at the casita! The design of the space was beautiful and relaxing, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor space - patio, plunge pool and outdoor shower! The surrounding jungle and ocean views are hard to beat and we appreciated being in a quieter part of town. Rachel was an incredible host and so helpful with recommendations. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I Definitely Recommend

We had a great time at Rachel’s place. Very clean and private location. The dipping pool is not heated but was super nice to get in after the beach. I would recommend getting a golf cart as the place is located up a hill.
