This tropical Sayulita oasis boasts five bedrooms, five full baths and two half baths. While no two rooms are the same, they all offer something special. With outdoor soaking tubs, private gardens, ensuite bathrooms, private balconies & remarkable sunset views, every bedroom feels like the primary suite. Gracious living space allows for larger gatherings, with indoor dining for 14, and a rooftop terrace that can accommodate seated dinners for up to 40 as well as smaller cozy spaces for sneaking away including an art studio loft.

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking. All cancellations must be received at least 90 days prior to expected arrival date, or no refunds shall be granted. Late cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the reservation and no refund will be granted.
If you cancel more than 90 days before your arrival, your prepayment deposit will be refunded less a 10% transaction fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 90-days of your arrival. In recognition of current disruptions in travel, it is recommended that you purchase travel insurance (inclusive of COVID-19 coverage where applicable) to protect your purchase prior to confirmation and acceptance of these terms. The property does NOT provide exemptions from its cancellation policy for medical or personal matters, inclement weather, or other circumstances.
Bookings made more than 90 days prior to arrival will require a 50% deposit of your total reservation amount due at the time of reservation. 90 days prior to your expected arrival date, a full, non-refundable prepayment, including tax, will be charged to the booking credit card.

Recently got back from a week at Casa Rosada in Sayulita, and all I can say is Wow, when can we go back? This place redefines beachfront luxury with a cool design forward twist. The first thing that hits you is this epic view of the ocean right from the immense wood door - talk about making an unforgettable entrance!
Each of the five bedrooms is a masterwork - unique vibes, outdoor tubs, private gardens, the works. You get this sweet mix of exotic luxury with a super cozy feel. Slept deeper than I have in years! And the staff? Absolutely top-notch. They've got the service sixth sense to predict exactly what you need,...whether it’s the perfect house cocktail or the most on-point dish whipped up by their genius on-site chef. I’ve had the privilege of sampling many 5-star spots globally, and I'm honestly rarely super impressed. Casa Rosada set the bar for me of what perfect luxury feels like.
Location-wise, it's spot on. Sayulita is this cute, buzzing town, safe and packed with cool shops and eateries. Plus, the house compound itself is a playground. We’re talking surfing, rooftop yoga with killer ocean views - it's a blast. Gorgeous infinity pool and hot tub...ample travertine covered patio for your parties that gives off an old hollywood money vibe. You'll want to host friends (old or new) for a party! Big shoutout for their water treatment, power, and internet system across the property – as geek about these things, I appreciate how much they invested in high-end infrastructure... It’s these thoughtful touches that set Casa Rosada apart over and over.
In summary, Casa Rosada isn’t just a stay; it’s a whole experience. Perfect combo of luxury, culture, and top-tier service. Sure, it’s a little splurge, but for an experience this unique and lavish, you've probably done something to deserve it.
The house is located directly on the beautiful Sayulita beach. It was the perfect combination of having direct beach access while also having the nightly security service that made us feel safe during after-hours. The amazing staff could not have been more attentive, helpful, fun and kind during our stay. From helping us arrange dinners and activities, to ensuring the house was meticulously cleaned as if we had just arrived - they could not have been more wonderful! Casa Rosada is truly a special and unique place and we will cherish our stay and memories there forever.
One of the things the home offers that made our trip so relaxing the moment we got there was their amazing host Maru, who was able to arrange a variety of activities for our group throughout our stay - planned prior to our arrival. Below is a breakdown of our trip:
DAY 1: Arrival that began with our amazing driver who picked us up at the airport and brought us safely to Casa Rosada. Upon arrival we were greeted with festive welcome drinks and yummy apps followed by a relaxing day pool-side. For dinner we drove the house golf carts into town for a wonderful dinner at Tukari (Maru's recommendation).
DAY 2: We kicked off our day with morning rooftop yoga at the house followed by a beautiful breakfast. While part of the group relaxed by the pool the ladies went back up to the roof for massages - amazing! Cocktails and lunch were had by the pool and for dinner we went back into town for the best Thai dinner we've had in a while - Achara (a must!).
DAY 3: Our last day began with an early morning surf lesson followed by another wonderful breakfast. Later in the day we had a mezcal and tequila tasting and to wrap up the wonderful trip Maru helped us arrange a special dinner with a chef cooking a yummy Mexican cuisine to end the trip!

Photos can only attempt to capture the incredible design magic. The warm rose walls, colorful textiles, floral arrangements, artistic murals -- all perfectly complement the jaw dropping view of the ocean. Every room has a special characteristic. From the outdoor shower and balcony bathtub to the atrium view and art room ladder -- it will be hard to pick your favorite.
Staff is incredible. House host Maru helped book our rooftop massages, surf lessons, spiritual yoga and more. She also gave us a tour of the house, calling out her favorite spots like the secret shaded daybed by the outdoor jacuzzi. Our bartender Boro welcomed us with the house paloma which I could've consumed all weekend if it weren't for his perfectly crafted carajillos.
Housekeeping provides turndown service at the end of every day, and laundry service upon request - simply drop your clothes into the basket and fill out the card with directions. You also have access to a variety of local chefs who prepare mouthwatering plates. Marlin burritos by the pool. Mahi mahi al pastor on pineapple purée devoured on the rooftop at sunset.
To say that I am in love with this home is an understatement. Best trip ever and and I'll be counting the days until I return. I promise you, it will exceed all expectations.
Literally on the beach with all the amenities! The service was over the top and the owners were incredibly responsive and helpful! We would take gold carts to the square and do dinner! Could be my favorite trip we ever took!
Next the staff, they went above and beyond to make our trip an unforgettable one. Maru and team were so attentive making sure we had breakfast every morning, plenty of cocktails and treats throughout the day, and a clean room to come up to always (something I always appreciate). Huge perk for this property as well - we had private security at night. Sayulita is incredibly safe but the fact we had someone monitoring the house, was an added bonus!
Sayulita was the perfect weekend escape and allowed us to really relax and enjoy the culture. Our group loved our time in town just as much as our time at the house (although we did love racing back). The restaurants, bars/nightlife, coffee shops and shopping were a perfect mix of Sayulita.
