Description

Casa Nainoa in Sayulita is an enchanting 4-bedroom retreat in the heart of Sayulita! Immerse yourself in luxury with a private pool, lush courtyard with outdoor dining and a rooftop terrace with scenic jungle views. Spend the days in the pool or grilling up local fresh fish on the BBQ. Enjoy the tranquility of a quiet street, while just a 5-minute walk takes you to the plaza and beach.

The space

It's important to note the layout of this home as it may not be ideal for families with small children.

The main house features the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, the living room and a large fully equipped kitchen. The space is bright with a wood beam ceiling, a personal art collection, and ample amenities, including a dining booth, games, workout equipment, and a cozy assortment of couches. A passthrough from the kitchen to the pool enhances the entertainment experience.

Separate from the main house are 2 bedrooms - the second bedroom offers another king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, while the third bedroom provides two cozy twin beds.

The Rooftop offers a stunning palapa bamboo bedroom, complete with a queen-sized bed, private bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette. Take in the breathtaking scenic jungle views and overlook the charm of Sayulita from the rooftop terrace

Guest access

You will have full and private access to the entire property. This includes all the bedrooms, communal kitchen & living area, outdoor courtyard, pool, and the rooftop palapa.

In the past, we have rented it as two separate units but now is only rented as one private house. This guarantees no shared spaces, no shared entrances and the complete privacy for your group only.

Our residence is nestled in a tranquil neighbourhood, offering a private garage for storage of surfboards, strollers, and beach essentials.

Other things to note

Parking is easy and available for free in front of the house at all times.

Cooking and cleaning services are available upon request and availability.

This is the perfect house to connect and share memories with friends and family while offering private areas for each guest to retreat to.

Jaw droppingly amazing!

Casa Nainoa is an absolute dream! The outdoor space is stunning, the bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the kitchen/indoor living space was perfect for hanging out and taking a break from the heat.
We spent a lot of time in the pool and backyard space - it was the ideal way to unwind after beach days and exploring Sayulita.
People in the reviews don’t talk about the location of this place enough. It is in a quiet area just on the edge of downtown, everything is walkable, and it’s in the perfect spot to make Playa Los Muertos and Carrisitos your daily spots to hang on the beach away from crowds.
The hosts were quick and responsive for questions and assistance.
We loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back and book again! Don’t sleep on this rental - it’s perfect for a group of friends or family, if it is available for your trip dates book it while you can!

Everything you need!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was great - far enough away from the center of town that it was quiet, but just a five-minute walk to the main shops, restaurants and town square. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We also loved that the pool was private and spent most of our time on the hammocks and by the pool. The water does go out occasionally in Sayulita, but the hosts were always very responsive and got it fixed quickly. Thank you so much for our amazing stay, we would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Gorgeous place. Highly reccomend!

The most beautiful renta!. Some problems with the water and Summer was super responsive and helped us right away. She let us check in early which was super early. Would definitely stay in this rental again and recommend it anyone who is going on a trip to Sayulita.

12/10 amazing place!

What a magical spot! Would absolutely stay here again. Excellent care from Summer and the staff. Beautiful home. So close to the beach and town, easy to stop back home midday as needed. The home is up a steep cobblestone hill, so keep that in mind for anyone with mobility issues. But there are plenty of golf cart rentals available to make that easy too. 12/10!

This place was PERFECT

We were blown away by Summer's place in Sayulita! It was roomy, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The palapa on the top floor was gorgeous and we couldn't get enough of the hammocks and outdoor showers by the backyard pool. There was so much to do in Sayulita and we loved being able to walk everywhere. In fact, the only time we took a taxi during our entire two-week stay, was to get to the base of the trail to hike Monkey Mountain. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again!

Can't wait to come back!

Our group loved this place! Spent hours at the house, opting to have friends over for meals, games, and time by the pool instead of going out. Very walkable around town after the first steep hill. The whole place felt secure and protected and the housekeeper kept us stocked with all the basic amenities. Was impressed with response time and can't wait to visit and stay here again!
