Description

Casa de Bauer in Sayulita is a brand new spacious condo with high ceilings and grand windows. This beautiful bright space is spanned over 2 levels with all new furnishings and everything you'll need for the best vacation. Enjoy the lush jungle views from the private terrace or relax by the large shared pool. Located on the desirable North side of Sayulita, Casa de Bauer is just a short 10-15 minute walk to the centre of town and a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. This is the perfect place to vacation with your friends and family.

The Space

Casa de Bauer comes equipped with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and an outdoor private dining area with enough seating for 6. Both bedrooms and living space come equipped with AC, ceiling fans and TV for the most comfortable stay.

Walk up to the top level of the condo where you'll find the first of two rooms. With a kingsized bed, en suite bath and large walk in closet.

The main level of the condo is where you'll find the second bedroom. With a king-sized bed, en suite bath and access to the terrace.

Cancellation Policy

We ask for a 50% deposit to secure the reservation, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Please note that these payments are non-refundable. However, should you need to cancel for any reason I will attempt to re-rent the house. In the case that the house is re-rented, your payment will be refunded minus any fees. In regard to COVID, should you be unable to travel due to COVID-related border closures, we will credit you payment for any time in the future.

Mexico is different from the USA or Canada in that the country/people have their own sets of traditions, values, norms, and ways of life. Many things we take for granted “up north” are not quite the same down here in Sayulita. Sometimes variables like utilities, smells, noise, neighbors, cars, animal life, repair times, etc just cannot be managed in the same manner as in other parts of the world. While we do our very best to ensure a delightful and 100% positive vacation, please understand that some of the reasons we love living and vacationing in Mexico can occasionally be a bit inconvenient. Thus, our refund policy will not cover any of the above items unless it is something within our immediate control. Thank you for understanding.

Great spot, and very helpful property manager!

Had a great time at casa de Bauer! Spacious living area with open feel that makes the place seem much larger than the square footage would otherwise be. Property manager was super responsive to assist with small onsite items, and helped ensure we got local gouge for arrangements for transportation and activities. The golf cart chargers helped keep our family transportation working all trip. Kitchen was perfect for a few home cooked meals (though the local fare was so good we mostly ate out). Washer dryer was key to keep our packing/luggage to a minimum. Over all, great place, would stay again!

The perfect getaway spot in Sayulita!

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa de Bauer. The owner was responsive and hospitable. The place is so well setup with large comfy beds, air con, filtered water, laundry facilities and an incredible pool. Very clean and a gorgeous modern Mexi style. Great location only 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. The perfect place for a family to stay and to explore the region from.

Perfect space!

We have been coming to Sayulita for 10 years now, and this was one of our favorite places. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was also very peaceful and had good views.

Charming Bungalow

Casa de Bauer was a cute bungalow in the Casa Ipomea complex. There was a nice shared lap pool that was well maintained. The 2bedroom was clean, with a full bathroom in each room complete with amenities like pool towels, shower towels, beach blanket, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, soap
and sunscreen. There was a washer dryer available to use, which is helpful when you want to pack light! Melissa was a fantastic host, easy to communicate with, flexible and prompt. We really enjoyed our stay! The walk to town was about 10 minutes and the beach access was just down the road. The location is quiet and has a nice view, while still being accessible to town and the beach (especially if you don’t have a car or golf cart, which we did not have, but didn’t feel like we needed it). Kitchen had a filtered water station, coffee maker and a stovetop and toaster oven and clean fridge. There were thoughtful touches that added charm and ease!
I would absolutely stay there again!

Quiet environment, great location!

Casa De Bauer was wonderful! Equipped with everything we needed to filling relax and unwind! The pool was a dream, and was so well taken care of! Everyone was respectful of others space and noise levels which was so kind! we rented a golf cart and the parking was a bit intimidating on the slope, but one of the gentleman who worked on the grounds showed me a way to make it so much easier! Thank you!!! The only thing to note is the water pressure can be very low (they make this clear in the booking) and with things in Sayulita you just gotta go with the flow sometimes. We did run out of water for about 12hrs, but the owner got people out there to fill the tanks fast and all was well! Over all I would book this again and we will be day dreaming about the pool and views for years!

Amazing stay in Sayulita

I had a wonderful time at this house in Sayulita. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. The host is kind & responsive, and the value was great. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The only minor drawbacks were the water pressure in the showers, which could be improved, and the location, which is on top of a steep hill, but could be avoided with a golf cart rental. However, the upside of the location is that it is very quiet and peaceful, and the views are stunning. The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the house and the surroundings are. And despite the hill, it’s so close to the town center – you’d never know given how quiet & relaxing it is.

The place was spotless when we arrived. Also, the complex where it’s situated is very well kept. Facilities manager was out every morning cleaning the pool.

Overall, I give this house a 5/5 rating for cleanliness, comfort, staff, and value, and a 4/5 rating for facilities and location. It was one of the best bnb rental experiences I've had, and I would love to come back.

Amazing location! Amazing casa!

What a great find! We were very impressed upon arrival and even more so after getting the lay of the land. Minutes walk from the beach as well as town and all the great shops and eats. Loved on the days we wanted a little seclusion from the hustle and bustle just sitting by the amazing pool. The house is very comfortable and the beds even more so. Just what we were looking for after our many long days out soaking in the sights, sun, hiking etc. We were able to see whales breaching from right off of the beach. How cool! Loved how responsive both the owner and caretaker were when getting arrival information and suggestions on things to do and who to talk to. Highly recommend visiting Sayulita and Casa DE Bauer is an amazing way to get it done. Will definitely stay here again!

The amazing Sayulita life...

I was recently on a trip to Sayulita which was a first for me. I cant say enough about the hosts and their attentiveness from planning the trip and good recommendations about things to do. With help from rides from and to the airport. This was a beautiful place to stay, and the beds were extra comfy. Close to town but far enough away should one wanna relax. Nice walk to the beach which we had beautiful views from wonderful sunsets to Whales breaching offshore. If you get a chance to go check out Sayulita. And if you're in need of a place to stay, I highly recommend Casa de Bauer.
