Casa Cote in Sayulita combines beachy vibes and Mexican flair in this stylish home that lives large with unique spaces to relax and entertain. The breezy open-air room on the second floor offers views of the ocean and plenty of space to take in the beauty of Sayulita. The heated, saltwater pool and gardens make Casa Coté your own personal resort, only two blocks from Sayulitas North side of the beach.
The space
The first floor has a cute front patio to enjoy a morning coffee while the back patio has a gas bbq, large dining table and seating for the entire crew. There is also a pool patio area at the far end of the pool.
Inside the first floor there are two bedrooms (1 king/1 queen bed), a full bathroom, living room and full kitchen with countertop eating space.
The 2nd floor has a large covered patio with comfortable couches and chairs and another bedroom with king bed, a day bed/couch (69" x 30" mattress) and a full bath.
This entirely private property has fiber optic internet, a heated saltwater pool and private gated parking area large enough for a vehicle and a golf cart.
Provided are beach and bath towels , shampoo/conditioner/soap and filtered water at the main kitchen sink.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire private property including the private gated parking area.
Other things to note
During the cooler months, the pool temperature will be set to 80F-85F.
The is typically a quiet part of town. However, Sayulita is a growing and busy town and noise from parties, street vendors, and construction may happen.
We will always update this listing to include permitted construction that may affect our property.
As of May 20th, there is construction in front of the property. If this has not been deleted it is because construction continues.
Update Jan. 16: We do not hear typical construction noise across the street. There is still work being done but we have not been hearing noise that would affect a rental.

If guest(s) cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, guest(s) will be paid 50% for all nights If cancelled between 7 and 14 days before check-in, 50% will be paid for all nights If cancelled after that, guest(s) will be paid 100% for all nights.

I chose Allie’s place because of the gorgeous plunge pool and relaxing patio areas. For a group of seven girls we were extremely comfortable. I appreciated the onsite laundry and readily available filtered water. Close to everything while still being a private getaway. 10/10 recommend. Thanks Allie and team!
