The space
Casa Colorado is part of the lush Monterosa condominium complex with pristine gardens & Sayulita's only tennis court. This safe, clean and gated complex is just a 10 minute, flat walk to downtown and less than 3 minutes to the beach. All common spaces (tennis court, pool, pool deck, pool bathroom/outdoor shower, gardens) are open to residents and renters only.
Other things to note
The neighborhood is very safe and the beach and ocean down from Monterosa is clean. Tide can be strong and waves can be big but it's rock-free and safe for good swimmers.

The unit has everything you need. Well stocked. 5 gallon water system, with multiple bottles made drinking/cooking water very easy vs. hauling in your own. Good set up for small kids. It has a handful of kids chairs which made lunch around the low coffee table on the main floor easy.
We liked the location on the north beach, which is less crowded than closer to town. But still a short walk to town. We rented a golf cart which made it even easier for the quick trips to town, markets or mini supers. Karin communicated everything clearly and answered any questions we had immediately. Highly recommended!!!
