Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located stunning condo. The beachfront luxury condo is steps from Downtown Sayulita's restaurant and nightlife scene, yet sheltered from the noise - offering peaceful bliss within walking distance to anything you need.
Casa Chloe in Sayulita boasts a fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs, living room, smart TVs, wifi, 2 working stations w/ docking systems, luxury décor/finishes, a private terrace with breathtaking ocean views, and dining space.
The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and ensuite washroom with stunning ocean views. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and the third bedroom contains a king-size bed. Casa Chloe is ideal for up to 6 guests.
This brand new building consists of only 6 condos sharing beachfront access, a heated ocean view infinity pool (salt water) with a waterfall, a large outdoor lounge area, a poolside kitchen and BBQ, and a garage parking area for golf carts only (1 cart space per unit). Ride a converted VW van funicular up the 3 levels from street entry. The complex is secured with surrounding walls and nighttime security on site. Cleaning service comes 3x a week and can be provided daily at an additional fee.

Playa Iguana Rules
1) Act in a manner that will not compromise the security and tranquility of other owners nor the prestige of the condominium.
2) Maintain a family-friendly environment.
3) Owners and their guests will be held responsible for damages to common areas.
4) Only 6 occupants per unit.
5) No rentals less than 5 days.
6) Quiet hours are midnight until 8 am.
7) Pool is closed at 10PM until daybreak.
8) Do not park outside of your assigned space.
9) Children under 10 years old must remain out of the common areas after 8PM.
10) Do not hang items of any kind from the windows, railings, balconies, or in the common area.
11) Keep sound volumes to a level where it can be heard within the unit but not other units.
12) Guests are not permitted to have any pets.
13) Do not remove any items from the common areas for any reason.
14) Gently and securely close the funicular gate.
15) Administration is permitted to enforce these rules including inspection of personnel units in the event of a complaint/infraction. If the owner or renters are found to be at fault sanctions, including blocking the use of the funicular, will be applied.
***Please note that the funicular at Pescadores 22 has limitations that may require our guests to use the stairs to access their rooms. The funicular limit is 4 people at a time, restricted use during rain, and if the gates are not properly closed the funicular will not function.

Security Deposit $600
Cancellation Policy: Full amount paid minus US$400 fee per rental week if notified at least two months prior to stay. A refund can be made when notified less than two months prior to beginning of stay only if re-rented, and then for the amount of new rental minus US$400 per rental week.
Covid related Cancellation: Full amount refunded or change of dates if airlines or government restrict traveling.

While Gabby and Max were more of our main points of contact, the entire “sayulita at your service” group is awesome. They were knowledgeable about the area, sharing tips on where to go and when, restaurants, and local gems that made our trip unforgettable.
Casa Chloe itself was stunning, with beautiful views and easy access to the beach. If you're looking for a fantastic experience with amazing hosts, this is the place to be. 10/10 recommend across the board!

Arrival- Our driver (set up by Sayulita life) was waiting by the airport exit and immediately loaded us up and gave everyone cold beer and water. He stopped at La Comer on our way to Sayulita so we could load up on groceries. There are small stores in town to restock fruit, milk and bread (basics) but if you plan to cook a trip to the supermarket is definitely needed.
We were met on arrival by Kris and she personally showed us up to the unit and gave us a thorough introduction to the condo along with an awesome welcome basket filled with snacks, beer and tequila!
Kitchen- set up for all your basic cooking needs. Both filtered water offered at the sink and in the water cooler. Basic spices, oil, vinegar and condiments were available which is always a great bonus. We bought microban but it was also available there and we soaked our fruits and veggies on arrival to be preventative. The outdoor pool kitchen is also fantastic and they have a grill.
Living/dining Room- as a family of 6 we had more than enough space. The table could seat 10. They had a smart tv with all the streaming networks and a closet filled with some games. Our kids loved playing cards every night.
Bedrooms- all three rooms had tons of space a beautiful built in cabinets and drawers to unpack and put away your clothes. The master bathroom had the toiletry storage spaces of my dreams. Additionally every room in the unit has its own air conditioning unit and ceiling fan. My husband was easily able to jump on the work station and take calls when needed for work.
Patio- they provide a big drying rack and lots of chill spaces. My kids loved the hanging chair. The views are gorgeous.
Pool/Beach- the pool is salt water and overlooks the beach. There’s a pool bathroom and lots of seating spaces. They provided 6 back pack beach chairs, snorkeling gear, an umbrella, beach towels, some floats and pool noodle. The Dock restaurant on the beach below the unit was great for a healthy lunch on the beach (and they take a card) The ocean was beautiful and clean. The water is clear, warm and really the perfect beach for all ages.
Cleaning- Olga came a changed towels and cleaned the unit several times we felt very taken care of.
The Funicular- this was brilliant. The kids loved it and it’s such a cool way to ride up and down.
Overall we highly recommend Casa Chloe and Sayulitalife! In town we loved Don Pedro’s (Kris’ recommendation). Kahlo was our most amazing meal and we only wish we hadn’t found it on our last night. The ice cream shop wakiki in town was ridiculously good. We had fantastic massages in unit with Nirvana. Our boat tour with Alley Cat to the Marietas islands was the highlight of our trip. My husband also had a great mountain biking tour with wild mex. (All suggestions by Sayulita Life)
We are currently ending our trip in Puerto Vallarta wishing we were still in Sayulita.
Casa Chloe offers everything you could want for a luxurious stay. The infinity pool is stunning, and the condo is equipped with all the modern house upgrades that are super easy to use. Every day we were there was spectacular!
The staff at Casa Chloe were incredibly helpful, always on hand to assist with everything from booking transportation to recommending local activities. Even with the town's buzz, the place stayed wonderfully calm and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax.
From my past experiences with other rentals in the area, many properties appear great in photos but turn out to be dated and poorly maintained when you see it in person. Casa Chloe is the complete opposite. With its modern and luxurious amenities, it's like staying in a 5-star hotel but with the comfort of feeling like home. Without a doubt, Casa Chloe is worth it and stands out as one of the best places to stay in Sayulita.
The team at Casa Chloe made us feel right at home with their top-notch service. The management team is incredibly attentive, helping with everything from arranging transportation to recommending the best local spots. Their hospitality made it feel like a luxurious 5-star hotel. It’s a pristine rental and has every amenity you need.
Having stayed at several different villas and places in Sayulita, I can say Casa Chloe is absolutely worth every penny. It’s the only place I’ll stay for our yearly trip!
