Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located stunning condo. The beachfront luxury condo is steps from Downtown Sayulita's restaurant and nightlife scene, yet sheltered from the noise - offering peaceful bliss within walking distance to anything you need.
Casa Chloe in Sayulita boasts a fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs, living room, smart TVs, wifi, 2 working stations w/ docking systems, luxury décor/finishes, a private terrace with breathtaking ocean views, and dining space.
The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and ensuite washroom with stunning ocean views. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and the third bedroom contains a king-size bed. Casa Chloe is ideal for up to 6 guests.
This brand new building consists of only 6 condos sharing beachfront access, a heated ocean view infinity pool (salt water) with a waterfall, a large outdoor lounge area, a poolside kitchen and BBQ, and a garage parking area for golf carts only (1 cart space per unit). Ride a converted VW van funicular up the 3 levels from street entry. The complex is secured with surrounding walls and nighttime security on site. Cleaning service comes 3x a week and can be provided daily at an additional fee.

Playa Iguana Rules
1) Act in a manner that will not compromise the security and tranquility of other owners nor the prestige of the condominium.
2) Maintain a family-friendly environment.
3) Owners and their guests will be held responsible for damages to common areas.
4) Only 6 occupants per unit.
5) No rentals less than 5 days.
6) Quiet hours are midnight until 8 am.
7) Pool is closed at 10PM until daybreak.
8) Do not park outside of your assigned space.
9) Children under 10 years old must remain out of the common areas after 8PM.
10) Do not hang items of any kind from the windows, railings, balconies, or in the common area.
11) Keep sound volumes to a level where it can be heard within the unit but not other units.
12) Guests are not permitted to have any pets.
13) Do not remove any items from the common areas for any reason.
14) Gently and securely close the funicular gate.
15) Administration is permitted to enforce these rules including inspection of personnel units in the event of a complaint/infraction. If the owner or renters are found to be at fault sanctions, including blocking the use of the funicular, will be applied.
***Please note that the funicular at Pescadores 22 has limitations that may require our guests to use the stairs to access their rooms. The funicular limit is 4 people at a time, restricted use during rain, and if the gates are not properly closed the funicular will not function.

Security Deposit $600
Cancellation Policy: Full amount paid minus US$400 fee per rental week if notified at least two months prior to stay. A refund can be made when notified less than two months prior to beginning of stay only if re-rented, and then for the amount of new rental minus US$400 per rental week.
Covid related Cancellation: Full amount refunded or change of dates if airlines or government restrict traveling.

The property manager was great! Kris was there for us making recommendations on dining, events, and more for a full Sayulita experience!
While Gabby and Max were more of our main points of contact, the entire “sayulita at your service” group is awesome. They were knowledgeable about the area, sharing tips on where to go and when, restaurants, and local gems that made our trip unforgettable.
Casa Chloe itself was stunning, with beautiful views and easy access to the beach. If you're looking for a fantastic experience with amazing hosts, this is the place to be. 10/10 recommend across the board!
