The Casita at Casa Candiles in Sayulita is a beautifully designed hilltop 2 bedroom casita with breathtaking ocean views and private pool, in a beautiful south side Sayulita neighborhood.

The Casita at Casa Candiles has been remodeled into a wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath small "home" with private entrance, walk out patio and private pooI. It includes a well-equiped small kitchen and living area from which you can take advantage of the ocean view. The casita accomodates 4 guests (two beds - one king and one queen). There is one other home on the same property. It is never rented and also has its own private entrance and pool, so you do not have to share space with others if the main house is occupied during your stay. All the water at Casa Candiles is filtered with a new state-of-the-art filtration system so you can drink the water right from the tap.

Red terracotta floors, wrought iron and brickwork give Casita Candiles a beautiful Spanish flair. A combination of traditional and modern furnishings create a magical atmosphere. The Casita is a wonderful place to spend your holiday.

The casita offers high speed internet, and AC in each bedroom.

Located at the south end of town, Casa Candiles is within walking distance to downtown Sayulita and the beach. Experience this amazing home for yourself and book your next stay in Sayulita at Casa Candiles.

25% deposit required to secure reservation and balance due 30 days prior to rental.

Cancellation Policy

The 25% Deposit is 100% refundable up to 30 days, after which, no refunds will be made. If payment is made via PayPal, and a refund is requested within the approved time period, the refund amount will be less any PayPal fees.

A Sayulita Gem

This casita is comfortable, clean, well-stocked and nicely decorated home away from home. Hosts Cary and Nelly were amazing and ensure you have the best vacation experience. They understand all the little things people need in a vacation home and experience. Moreover, they are a fountain of knowledge about places to visit, shop and eat. Wonderful hosts. The pool has a tremendous view of the ocean and the night sky is an amazing backdrop to all the pretty lights that adorn the town of Sayulita. It is a quick walk to Yah Yahs for coffee or a fine dining experience at Sur 38. It is also a quick walk to downtown to enjoy everything Sayulita has to offer. We and our friends have sent out this listing to other friends. We love it that much. Chris, the property manager attends to any of your needs - along with his pool and cleaning staff. This was truly a 5/5 experience.

Just a quick note - we stayed for a month so this location and casita was perfect. We ate out and stayed in and cooked. Great wifi for people who work (I did) and streaming shows and sports (we had a hockey fan).

Another wonderful stay at Casa Candiles

This was our second stay at Casa Candiles and both were wonderful and completely relaxing. This place feels secluded but is so close to everything. Just a few minute walk to the beach and plaza. We barely spent anytime inside, because the deck and pool are perfect from morning coffee to predinner cocktail. Cary was so easy to work with setting up reservations and Chris the manager was super thorough and a trove of local knowledge. Thanks! Hope to be back soon.

Amazing stay in Sayulita

This house was perfect; from the view, to the pool. Having AC in each bedroom was very nice when we were sleeping during the night. Something special was the gated parking and charging for our golf cart during our stay. (Golf cart is not needed since it's so close to town) I think the best feature was the filtered water; so we never had to worry about little things like brushing our teeth, showering, making ice, etc. This house was great!

Splendid place

What a wonderful spot. Sparkling clean and exactly as shown. The hill and steps are steep, but not insurmountable, and you are rewarded with a spectacular view. It's just a sweet walk to town or the beach. Had a fine stay. Chris was on the spot when needed, and very helpful. Would highly recommend this place for a lovely break.

A fantastic stay - so lucky to have found Casita Candiles!

We had a fantastic post-Christmas stay at Casita Candiles and were so pleased we booked there. We both needed some downtime after a hectic season, and it was ideal. Terrific views, great pool, well-stocked kitchen, lovely decor. It was so close to the centro and convenient to restaurants and groceries, while being removed from the hustle of Sayulita. We especially enjoyed communing with the local iguana friends! Cary, Nelly and Chris were super friendly and helpful. We hope to return!

OUTSTANDING!!!

We stayed at the beginning of December for 10 days. The place is absolutely perfect for up to 2 couples. and was immaculate in terms of cleanliness. The location is close enough to the town center to walk down within 5 minutes but far enough away, you don't get the noise. Pool was perfect for hanging out in with a nice view of the beach and ocean. Chris the property manager was amazing and always responded quickly if there was any issues. I would highly recommend Casita at Casa Candiles to anybody going down to Sayulita and would stay again for sure.

Best kept secret!

This casita was amazing and exceeded our expectations! The private pool was so wonderful. Sitting in it after a long day was truly a treat. It was perfectly equipped with everything you may need. Most days we didn’t even want to leave. Chris, the manager, was easy to communicate with and very on top of any need we had. We are already planning a trip back.

Great Location and View

Located above the town with a sweeping territorial view of the town and ocean. Steps away from restaurants and shopping. Beautiful unit with a private balcony and pool. Property manager is bilingual and native. He lives nearby and is very responsive.

Cary & Nelly became the owners of Casa Candiles in October 2021. We fell in love with Sayulita while visiting in early 2021 and immediately started looking for a place to buy. After returning a number of times, and what seemed like endless searching, we found Casita Candiles and knew this was it! We loved it so much we sold our homes and in November 2021, we drove down from Seattle with our little dog Bella to live in Sayulita for the winter months. We will continue to rent the separate 2 bedroom casita full-time.
