Enjoy your stay at this beautifully appointed 2 bedroom private villa on the quieter North Side of Sayulita. Built to resemble a Balinese villa, it features high ceilings, spacious rooms, and clean, modern lines. Custom woodwork from local artisans throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with espresso machine and Vitamix blender. Beautiful private gardens with luxurious salt water heated pool. Easy, flat 5-minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes to the town center. Absolutely no hills to climb on either way to the beach/town or back! High-speed internet and AC throughout.

Big sliding glass doors off the living room open up directly to the pool, offering seamless indoor/outdoor living. Enjoy peace and quiet in your private verdant backyard with pool, gardens, BBQ, and outdoor living room.

For sleeping accomodations, we offer a very comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom, queen size with an additional single trundle bed. For additional guests, there's also a sofa bed downstairs that unfolds into a double bed, plus a couch.

The perfect place with private pool.

Casa Buena suerte was a great choice for our family of 4 . Check in was easy and simple. The house is very spacious, clean and well located. We looooved the private pool and the fully equipped kitchen. Very Close to the beach and close to the plaza. We will definitely recommend it and hopefully come back one day.

The private pool and lush surroundings created a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. While it’s tucked away from the hustle and bustle, it’s still conveniently close to the heart of Sayulita, making it easy to enjoy the town’s restaurants, shops, and beaches.

Would stay here again!

Our stay at casa buena suerte was great! Danny was an amazing communicator before we got to the home by providing us with recommendations and home information, as well as while we were there when we had questions about our stay or the town. Location was great, not far from everything and is walkable, but we did go during the rainy season so we decided to get a golf cart (that they helped us get) so that we could stay out longer without the rain being an issue. The pool was also a great addition to the home! Everyone who helped us with our stay was so nice/ welcoming and I would recommend this home for their sayulita visit!

Amazing home!

Fully equipped for our family of 4. 1 teen one toddler and 2 adults. We enjoyed the quiet and pool after a day of exploring town. We stayed for 5 days. We did rent a golf cart in order to get into town. A.c. felt great after walking during the day.

Great place

Great location, short 5-10 min walk to all the restaurants and shops, less than 5 min walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Design of the house is beautiful and the private pool can’t be beat. Hosts were so nice and helped us arrange airport pickup, massages, and more.

Fantastic hidden oasis. 11/10

This place is by far the best place you can stay in Sayulita hands down. Tucked away from the noise and crowds in a cute part of town that’s a bit more sleepy and mature. We loved it so much.

Lovely with modern conveniences

Irina's home, Casa Buena Surete, is lovely and has all the modern conveniences. As others have mentioned, the pool is wonderful for cooling off due the heat and humidity this time of year. She and her house manager Danny were very helpful and responsive to answering our questions prior to traveling from the US to Mexico. Danny arranged a shuttle for us from the Puerto Vallarta airport to Sayulita which worked out perfectly so no rental car or driving necessary. Irina's home is close to the beach and the town of Sayulita so you can walk everywhere. We recommend this home and would stay here again!

Beautiful and comfortable

Beautiful, comfortable home an easy walk into town. Beds are clean and comfortable. 2.5 baths were nice, with a 1/2 bath downstairs and each bedroom was ensuite. Danny the manager was very friendly and helpful. We rented a golf cart with Danny's help, but could have easily walked the whole week we were there. Beautiful new mural near the pool.
