Exceptions for refunds will not be made for factors beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, health issues, transportation difficulties, local utility disruptions, power failures, cancelled flights, early departures, failure to appear, or reservation changes. Given the possibility of unexpected events, we highly advise obtaining travel insurance.
This was hands down one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in! Simon has truly thought of everything to make this place as comfortable and accommodating as possible. From different pillow options to various ways to make coffee, entertainment center access, and every essential you could need—nothing was overlooked. He even provided cleaning supplies, extra blankets and towels, beach chairs, and commonly forgotten items like toothbrushes and razors. I kept being surprised by the incredible attention to detail!
One major perk was the filtered water, which is a huge plus in Mexico. The kitchen was also fully stocked with everything (and more) that you could possibly need to cook or prepare meals.
The unit itself was in the perfect location—super easy to get to the main center of town while still feeling peaceful. I also felt very safe with multiple security measures in place, and the shared pool area created a nice sense of community with the others
