Casa Aventura 3 Bedroom

Casa Aventura in Sayulita is a two unit, private property conveniently located on the South End of Sayulita. This secure and private home is situated 5 blocks from Sayulita's great shopping and dining options, as well as the main beach. The family oriented neighborhood which Casa Aventura is located boasts a jungle like setting. The house maintains an open yet private and natural feel once inside the gate, with the tranquil surroundings only adding to the overall experience in the property. Our goal is to provide a tranquil homebase to set off and explore all Sayulita has to offer!

The home’s main level features 3 large bedrooms, with a King size bed in both the Master bedrooms, and a double and twin bed in the third. Each bedroom is equipped with private ensuite bathroom with large walk in showers, AC and overhead fans with gorgeous brick details and large doors opening into the courtyard, shared pool and kitchen area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a BBQ, full size gas oven/stove, full size refrigerator, concrete counter tops and all the necessary kitchen gadgets to make family dinners a breeze. The large family dining table comfortably seats 8 people and leads to the outdoor seating area. The entire main floor consists of 3 bedrooms, open kitchen/dining area, outdoor seating areas, and pool.

On the second floor, we have our Owner's suite in the front of the property, and the 4th bedroom(which can be added to your 3 bedroom rental) in the back of the property. The only shared space between the Owner’s suite and the rental areas is the front gate. Please note, we do live on property with our happy pup who will always greet you with a waggy tail and try to convince you to let her come down from our space to play with you! We both work in Sayulita and interact as little or as much as our guests would like.

Since purchasing in 2013, the house has undergone extensive renovations consisting of custom tile work, countertops, kitchens, appliances, bathrooms, new hot water tanks,  Serta pillow top mattresses, furniture, AC units, linens, and swimming pool designed specifically with children in mind. The 3 tiered pool is perfect for cooling off on those hot Sayulita days, or just lounging around and soaking up some sun.

Your rental includes housekeeping 4 days per week, drinking water and beach towels.
