We had the BEST experience!!!

My 14 year old nephew and I took a cooking class with Gabby. She and her husband Ernesto made it so much fun! They had everything well prepared when we showed up. They showed us how to make empanadas and tortillas. They made it really easy for us so that we could just learn and enjoy, and then of course, the best part, eat! After the cooking class, they sent us the recipes and a bunch of pictures and videos. It’s something we will be able to easily replicate when we get home. My only regret is that we didn’t have time to do another cooking class. I’d like to go back and learn her Chicken Mole. If you’re thinking about booking catering or a cooking class with Gabby, don’t hesitate. She is great and the food is amazing!!! 🤩

Amazing experience, would recommend!

Chef Gaby and her team provided an amazing night with very good explanations of the food, their preparations, and gave plenty of hands on opportunities! This class was very good for its price and I would recommend it to anyone looking first a cooking class experience.

Special birthday dinner

Gaby provided the most delicious meal in our villa to celebrate my birthday. She sent menu options ahead and I was able to select our meal ahead of time. We chose the chili rellenos with chicken and steak. They were delicious! She served them with rice and beans and the best homemade tortillas!! She also made guacamole for us ahead of our meal. It was so fresh and tasty. For dessert she made crepes with fruit. So yummy!! At the last minute we added bar service. It was worth the expense as he made fresh mango, strawberry and lime margaritas. They were all fantastic. He even left us with a pitcher for later. Highly recommend Gaby. She was wonderful and her food was top notch!!

Perfect meal

Gaby and her crew prepared a taco dinner for our group of 16. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. The shrimp ceviche was excellent! It was great to have a nice meal at home with no cleaning up after. Gaby and Ernesto are very nice people who we enjoyed talking with. Highly recommend them!
