Mariano was easy to work with. He and I started working on menu 2 months before arriving in Sayulita. I made requests and he met all of them. The meal was delicious. Luciano and Mariano arrived on time and brought everything they needed for the meal. We were here to celebrate a milestone birthday for our friend, and this meal was a great kickoff.

They even gave us a few tips for the rest of our stay. We highly recommend contacting them for a great touch to your vacation

Amazing chef experience for a large Bachelorette party!
Alfuego was amazing and already came highly recommended by some friends that spend a lot of time in Sayulita. We had a large group of 12 women in town for a Bachelorette party and we were looking for a tasty, well-coursed meal. We told Luciano and Mariano exactly what we were looking for and they came back with the best menu. And it was even better in person. And! They made us amazing Sangria to go along with the entire 4 course meal. We absolutely recommend these men to come cook for you. We will absolutely be back to Sayulita soon, and will hire them! So fun with you guys!

Luciano: Argentine chef with training in French cuisine and a solid background in hospitality. Owner of two restaurants, he has been traveling through Latin America for seven years to gather and refine flavors. For the past two years, he has been bringing Alfuego to life, sharing his passion and creativity in every dish.
