Alchemize House in Syulita is a community wellness club dedicated to helping you unlock the power of alchemy through guided breathwork, cold plunges, and sauna sessions. Join us for yoga, Pilates, breathwork, and sound meditation classes or drop in for a day pass and become part of our vibrant community.

Get ready to enhance your well-being with our unique classes: Each class purchase includes a guided 60-min class + 30-min of free-flow to use our sauna and cold plunge, a 90-min experience!

I recently attended a breathwork class at Alchemize House with my daughter, and it was nothing short of life-changing!!! The connection we shared was profound, and my heart truly opened up. 💖 The class was followed by a beautiful meditation, and the added luxury of towels, yoga mats, and eye masks made it feel truly special!!

Post-breathwork, we indulged in the sauna and cold plunge, adding a touch of opulence to the experience. Next time I want to try the Pilates class, I hear its challenging yet powerful. The Sound Meditation class, had crystal sound bowls with a lovely voice guiding us, which delivered a deep state of relaxation for me!

Alchemize House is a community wellness club like no other, offering a diverse range of classes and luxurious amenities. This hidden gem should undoubtedly go global!! We need these studios arouns the world! Kudos to Rave, Dana and the wonderful friendly staff for creating such a transformative and indulgent space! Thank you!!!

A great cowork space!

I really enjoyed my visit to Alchemize House. It was the first time I’ve seen where there was a group cold plunge where multiple people could use it at the same time.

My wife and I also used the sauna, hung out in the pool, and the relaxed in the lounge area. The internet was fast and reliable, which allowed me to stay for a while, work on my laptop, and take in the views of Sayulita.

The staff was very friendly and told me they have class offerings also, like yoga & Pilates. Maybe next time I can do a class too.

This was a pleasant surprise experience to find which really added to our trip.

I will be back

I’ve done breath work with both Dana and Reid and it’s life changing. I cannot recommend them and their talent for connecting to individuals enough. I’ve never felt better than after one of their Breathwork classes. I cannot wait to try their ice baths and sauna!

My first time practicing Kundalini and was grateful that Nicole was the one guiding! I can tell Rave and Dana are so passionate about truly helping people and providing a top notch service to their members! They offer yoga classes, breathwork, a salt sauna and cold plunge. Located only minutes from the town center, stones throw from the beach and on a roof top with great views. Highly recommend! They also have memberships if you are staying here for a long trip or living here.

I love this place!

A perfect atmosphere

Such an amazing space with a great atmosphere and vibe. I frequented this place for breathwork classes, the sauna, and plunges in the ice bath! that's an incredible combination to feel amazing for the rest of the day. The owners are super kind and seem to be cultivating an authentic welcoming and warm culture there amongst the staff and clients as well. I recommend getting a day pass also so you can hang around for awhile after your class and enjoy the facilities all day. There is a nice space to get some work done too if you need to focus, and the internet speed on their wifi network is great. Can't wait to come back again to this wonderful community and space!

What an amazing space and hidden gem in Sayulita. I experienced both their yoga class and Breath and Ice class this past week and both classes were great! The owners Rave and Dana did such a great job of creating this special place and their breath and ice class was such a great way to kick start my last day! Thank you!!
