Siestas y Olas (rest and waves) in Sayulita is an elegant and unique villa located in the heart of Sayulita. This private villa combines modern living with the atmosphere of modern Mexican life. Only steps away from the surfing beach, resturants, shopping and the town plaza (this eliminates the need for a car!). Siestas y Olas will give you the feeling of privacy while in the heart of Mexico's most favorite beach town!
Siestas y Olas is perfect for up to 3 couples. The villa has an expansive and open terrace with tropical and lush overlooks, wonderful sunsets and ocean breezes. There is a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and ceiling fans, as well as a traditional palapa for the flow of living. The design, architecture and decor have been carefully chosen to provide a unique and tropical paradise experience. One bedroom has expansion doors which open onto a large terrace which is great for sunbathing or watching the sunset. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

Check in is at 3p.m. Check out 11 a.m. Late check outs subject to 50% of the daily rate charged. A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation. The balance is due 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations will be accepted up until 15 days prior to arrival date with a 15% administrative charge. Cancellations are not accepted after 15 days prior to your reservation.
$50 Cleaning fee and 13% rental tax will be applied to all rentals per visit.
Their was no trash pick up so it just accumulated.

Yes there was a mix up. First one in 10 years. Our caretakers always take care of the client so these people were not excluded. We do not live in Sayulita and never have although we have been a vacation rental since 2004. Most of our guests are returners, have never had any problems in the past. We apologize for the mix up with these people. They were taken care of immediately and I was in communication with all of the parties during this mix up. They were taken care of and an apology was given as well as a financial compensation. -Susan
