Description
Villa Tranquila in Sayulita is a 2789 sq. ft. Premium two bedroom, two bath unit located in the boutique hotel Villa Amor, There are never-ending views from the entire Villa. This Villa is located on the third floor of the beach front building of Villa Amor and features a private jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, a full kitchen and generous seating. Villa Amor facilities are included with access to an incredible infinity pool, private outdoor seating, daily yoga and the brand new on site famous Si Senior Restaurant. We are also able to rent this Villa as a one bedroom or in combination with Villa Tranquilita, as a 3-bedroom option. MAKE SURE TO CHECK WITH US ON EXTENDED STAY DISCOUNTS.
The entrance to Villa Tranquila is through a gated and private entrance which welcomes you to the beauty and serenity that the name implies. As you enter the Villa proper, the expansive Pacific Ocean views will take your breath away. Underneath the wide ceilings and beautiful antique lamps, the villa is tastefully furnished with everything you will need for the perfect vacation.
Perhaps the most enjoyed feature in this villa is the large terrace with lounge chairs and a private jacuzzi tub. This is the perfect place to be morning, noon, or evening.

All reservations require a 50% deposit in order to hold the reservation.
Balance of the rental charge is due one month prior to your arrival.
Check in: The check in time is after 3:00pm. You need to notify us of your transportation method to the hotel since our local Property Manager will personally meet you and escort you to our villa.
The hotel front desk does not have any keys to our villas.

This villa redefines paradise!
We absolutely love staying at this beautiful villa! This is our second time because it was so amazing the first time that we decided to come back to the same villa. The hosts are so kind and helpful. The view is absolutely breathtaking and the beautiful and unique decor in the villa is so well done. The villa even has a Jacuzzi on the balcony overlooking the beautiful bay. We couldn't get enough of the view from this villa. We will be back for our third time later this year.

Amazing Villa and great experience!
My family had an amazing time staying at Villa Amor. It was our first visit to Sayulita and we stayed at the perfect place. We loved the open air concept in the living and kitchen spaces. The two bedrooms were perfect for our family of four. The views and location were incredible. The view of the main beach and mountains from the balcony can’t be beat. Our host Lina was most excellent! She helped us with everything we needed and even arranged a driver from the airport to the villa. We will be returning again!

We loved this villa and can't wait to return!
We stayed in Villa Tranquila for a week and had the most relaxing vacation. The villa was better than expected, better than the pictures show. Gorgeous views of the water. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and waking up seeing the sunrise every morning. We toured several other villas at the resort while we were there and I can say hands down, that Villa Tranquila is the BEST one of there in terms of view, value, size, decor, openness of the villa. Easy walk from the resort into town. Can't say enough about Lina, extremely responsive and helpful. And Mark the owner was so gracious. We originally booked for March 2020 and cancelled at the last minute due to the pandemic. He generously refunded all of our money. We used Nuri from Bocadito Catering to come and cater a beautiful and delicious dinner for us in the villa. She was amazing, food was absolutely delicious, presentation was beautiful. Highly recommend!!

IT'S EVEN NICER IN PERSON THAN THE PICTURES!
From the moment we arrived (and our flight landed early, so I had to contact one of the property managers when my cell service kicked in) we were well taken care of! Lina, one of the managers I dealt with, was super -responsive, which is extremely important to me. I'm a professional travel planner and never rented a villa-type accommodation before, so only rented for 3 nights, What a mistake! I should have stayed 1-2 weeks! Our friends were blown away at really how nice the villa was and spacious! Weather, as always, is perfecto in March. As the villa is very open in the common areas, we were thinking we'd have to worry about bugs...no way! not one. The beds are super comfy and pillows, too. Having the facilities of a hotel is definitely a bonus, as the restaurant on site is excellent (although pricey for Sayulita) but served it's purpose, especially on the first day when we arrived around lunch and were starved after our long journey from NYC. Beach towels, boogie boards, and umbrellas, totally a win! a 10 gallon water tank and coffee replenished daily was also a big plus! Can't wait to come back next winter for a longer stay!

Paradise
Perfect in so many ways....the most amazing views, beautiful Spanish architecture and furnishings, quiet and relaxing, but the action is just a two minute walk, a wonderful bar and restaurant (Si Senor) just out your door, friendly, helpful staff and very clean too. We have rented several different homes, on and off the beach, various condos and have stayed at "resorts", but this is our favorite place in all of our 20 years of visiting this special village. We are already planning our next visit.

This location is magical
Waking up to the sound of waves and watching the fisherman was truly a dream. The villa was very clean and unique with a natural stone wall and gorgeous lamps/lighting. It was really convenient to have keyless entry and automatic lights in the entry way when you came in at night. The grounds of villa amor are so lush and tropical. We really enjoyed eating at the restaurant Si Señor several times. Great service and very good food and drinks. Thanks for the wonderful, relaxing vacation Mitch and Lina!

Everything was perfect
Staying at Villa Amor is a must! Beautiful rooms to gorgeous views. We loved it so much we decided to have our wedding here in Sayulita. We had most of our family and friends stay at Villa Amor so we got to check out most of the rooms. I stayed at Bonita - which has a huge balcony, Personal kitchen, and great ocean views. My brother and his wife stayed at Pacifico - 2 bedroom, personal pool, spacious living room for hosting, and ocean views. Highly recommend this spot.
If you’re planning your wedding here please get in contact with Karen Ruezga, she is the best at what she does. You can email/call Villa Amor and they will get you in contact with her. She is super responsive and very professional. Down to budget sheets to last-minute requests. She is so on it!
We got to Sayulita a few days before the wedding. We wanted to get a few days in before the wedding hosting had to start. Sure enough the morning (7am) before the wedding rehearsal my wife is sick and has the stomach bug. I make it to the local pharmacy and get her drugs with hopes of it working and then head to the wedding rehearsal to meet Karen. Once there and I explain to Karen what is going on she immediately tells me she’s going to take care of it and calls a doctor to head to our room. It felt like a weight taken off my shoulders cause I knew Karen would come through , and she did. Doctor showed up / Bed Nurse for 10hrs- 3 bags- and few injections later my wife was good to go by 6pm. It was incredible!
The wedding the following day was perfect right on the beach. Dancing on the sand and drinking it all in. The whole place had lights dangling from the trees and the Sayulita flags as well. Wish I could do it all over again.

Absolutely Amazing Experience
I got married at Villa Amor in February, and we can not say enough good things. Firstly, the front desk staff were phenomenal! We had most contact with Jesse. He helped us take all our bags up to The Gran Villa (LOTS OF STAIRS). He helped my husband arrange transportation to a nearby golf course. He even gave us his personal number so we could message him with any requests. The rooms were beautiful. We stayed in The Gran Villa which was GORGEOUS, and our families stayed in multiple other villas, they all enjoyed their accommodations.
The restaurant at Villa Amor - Si Senor, is very good, but you can find more affordable food in the town.
The wedding was AMAZING. Karen Ruezga and her team are the best! Karen made the whole planning process very easy and stress free. I sent her a few pinterest photos of what I wanted, and was so happy with the final product. The decor was beautiful. Karen was there the day of and was so professional. One of my bridemaids was "sick" the day of the wedding, and Karen knew exactly what to do so that she didn't miss our special day. The service during the cocktail hour, and dinner was second to none, and the dinner was DELICIOUS.
All in all, we had a wonderful experience and wish we could do it again
