I am a huge researcher and comparative shopper! Well use my time in this rental issue book with them! They make you feel welcomed and appreciated. They go out of their way in customer service. Golf cart pricing is all about the same but the service is not. These people care about their business and are planning on return visitors using their product, and we will for sure.

We even requested a certain color and they delivered! Follow the rules, drinking and being a fool, do it at another company. Save this one from any problems and when you ask for something special please do as they request. Driving carefully in Sayulita is important to remember there are people who don't know how to drive, period and it feels sometimes that you are driving on a one way street, you have to pull over and be polite and patient for others. Getting along and using cooperative driving there is really important.

We had the unit fully charged for them when we asked it to be picked up, I reminded them the day before we needed to leave at 10 a.m. and they made sure they had someone pick it up before that time as not to delay our leaving. Communication is key and they communicate super well with you.

They delivered it clean, in good condition and fully charged.

They explained how to charge it overnight every night and we did and had no problems. Our family is diverse in ages from 3 to 78 so we used the 6 seater golf cart for the hills and getting us safely to dinner, the beach or shopping and back up the smaller hills to the Villa with ease.

Sayulita is a hilly town so just get a great golf cart and enjoy dealing with such a great company who cares!

Great service! Very accommodating

The best in town! We spent the first half of our trip walking everywhere on foot (which is totally doable) but the golf cart is a game changer! Booking online made it super quick and seamless at pickup. This is a small family owned business and the owners are super friendly and professional. They provided us with a list of recommendations in town and were available to help if anything came up! There are many golf cart rental companies in town but Matt & Brenda’s carts are by far the nicest at a super reasonable price. We will definitely rent from them again on our next visit to Sayulita.

Very professional and understanding owners. Ran into a situation where we got the cart stuck and were able to explain the problem with them and get the issue resolved.
