Playa Los Amigos in Sayulita is a charming oceanview home just steps from the beach in the Las Gemelas complex. The enclosed compound is located on the desirable North end of Sayulita and includes six lovely homes on tropical grounds overlooking the beach. It is an easy, no hills, ten minute walk to the center of Sayulita. Unique restaurants highlighting fresh fish, local produce, international, and traditional foods are also located just outside the Las Gemelas gates.

Playa Los Amigos in Sayulita features rolling lawns under coco palms and a salt-water pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The sandy beach and beautiful Pacific ocean are moments from your front porch. The great North End location is peaceful yet close to the surf break and the fun town of Sayulita to allow for a great vacation.
The open layout is ideal for entertaining and vacation ease. Be prepared to relax as the house is furnished with comfortable furniture in traditional Mexican style. Bookcases are stocked with vacation reading, walls are decorated with beautiful artwork from around the region, and the covered porch makes a great shady spot for watching the day go by. The house has two bathrooms and two King suites. If you have a couple of extra guests, the couches can be made into twin beds, there is also an inflatable mattress.
The Casita at Playa Los Amigos. The Casita shares a lush private garden with the house. It has an open air living room and kitchenette opening on to a lovely patio. The Casita has a queen sized bed, and a simple bathroom. It offers a quiet oasis separate from the main house with its own entrance. Inquire about the pricing and photos of the Casita if you are interested.
Take your meals on the front veranda, dine indoors, or grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar adjoining the fully equipped kitchen. You can also barbeque in the private garden complete with a soothing fountain and lush plantings.
Daily maid service, beach toys, sun umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards and kayaks are included.

Travel Insurance is HIGHLY recommended. A prompt refund of the full amount paid minus $250 per week if notified at least 60 days prior to stay. Refund when notified less than 60 days prior to beginning of stay only if the house is re-rented, and then for the amount of new rental minus $250 per week. The Security Deposit will be held until the on-site property manager has time to assess the rental house. The homeowners understand that accidental breakage or loss of items occurs from time to time, and are tolerant of this. However, the renter and party will not deliberately remove, destroy nor damage the house, its contents or its surroundings, and the renter agrees that the Security Deposit will be used for any such damages

I would 100% recommend staying here or any other of the homes on the property that can be rented via Sayulita Life. The whole complex would be an amazing multi family holiday venue to consider as well. We would LOVE to come back and stay again without question.

Fast forward nearly three years....All that I can say is that it was well worth the wait.
It's such an awesome feeling to have our expectations are exceeded in every way - and that's exactly what happened to us after a week staying at Playa Los Amigos. The home is lovely, comfortable, casual and bright. It's thoughtfully equipped with every possible convenience. It's clear that a lot of love and care has been taken with the tasteful decor - it marries comfort with a nod to culture and colour.
There are no shortcuts and everything is of good quality - from the bedding and towels to the clean and new Tommy Bahama beach chairs to the glassware and tableware in the kitchen. Yazmin, the lovely housekeeper, was unobtrusive, thorough, pleasant and charming.
The location is amazing - loads to see during the day but quiet and serene in the evenings. I simply can't say enough about this magical location. It was perfect. By the end of the week, we were surfing (both waves AND real estate) and looking forward to our next trip.
Dealing with Courtney was a pleasure - she's been unfailingly helpful, understanding and responsive. I've heard horror stories from friends who've lost significant deposits from unscrupulous owners during COVID, but Courtney, on behalf of the owners, conducted all transactions reasonably and with integrity and understanding. Clearly, they're good people and that 'juju' can be felt throughout their lovely home.
My ONLY hesitation in providing such a glowing review is that this wonderful spot will become too popular. We decided to book again for next year only to discover that our dates are already gone...
