Chef Cecilia Mendicuti

We booked Chef Cecilia and it was worth every peso! In advance of our trip I communicated with her to determine a menu that would accommodate my family including 2 hungry, and sometimes picky teenagers. We settled on a menu that would make everyone happy and took into account my daughter's allergies. Over our 6 night stay we booked 3 dinners and 2 breakfasts. We booked our first meal for our first night in Sayulita as we knew we would be tired from traveling--this was a pro move if I must say so myself :) I booked the other 2 dinners on days we had beach and boat excursions and I knew my crew would want to shower and eat and go to bed and not fuss with cooking of heading into town for dinner. It was a *perfect* plan and her crew the absolutely charming and delightful and talented Leo and Carmen exceeded every expectation, from asking if we wanted to eat inside or out, to filling our house with smells of homemade delicacies to even cooking the shark my son caught on his fishing day. Everything was over the top delicious and gave my family precious time to sit and talk and laugh and enjoy each others company which is exactly what I had hoped for on this last vacation before my son heads into his Sr. year of high school. I'll return home dreaming of my fresh squeezed OJ, my aqua Fresca de fresa, and the flourless chocolate cake and coconut ice cream! This little luxury touch on vacation was gave us priceless time together as a family watching the sunset over the beach. CORE MEMORIES for sure. If we ever return Chef Cecilia will be my first call!

Chef Cecilia and her staff provided an amazing experience for me and my family! So much so that we invited her back for a second dinner! The Ceviche, Birria, French Toast, soups, oh my!!! I can’t think of anything that was not incredible. If you want an amazing culinary experience Cecilia and staff are an excellent choice!

We were so happy to have Chef Cecilia and her team make a special dinner onsite during our stay at Cinetica Estates. She was so easy to work with ahead of time, planning our delicious menu for a large group. On the evening of our meal, the team arrived, began cooking in the kitchen, served an incredible meal, and left the space spotless afterwards. We chose an incredible mushroom and cilantro soup for one of our courses - I could have had 3 more bowls! All the ingredients for the meal were local, fresh, coming together in elevated and beautiful food. Definitely connect with Chef Cecilia!

Chef Cecilia is an amazing chef. She has many menu options to choose from and will work with your choices. She buys all the food fresh the day of your event and makes the experience memorable. We highly recommend reaching out for her services-you will not be disappointed!

We had Chef Cecilia make dinner one evening during our vacation. She was great with communication before and flexible on the menu (to accommodate some food allergies and a vegan). The food was delicious. She and her team were awesome and I would highly recommend using her!

Cecilia and her team made our trip to Sayulita feel truly decadent! She treated us to delicious food and great conversation in the comfort of our home, which was so relaxing and wonderful. With many menus to choose from, and the ability to “mix and match” to fit our family’s tastes, Cecilia truly has it all. She shopped for fresh ingredients each day for the meals we selected. We feasted on shrimp ceviche, homemade tortilla soup, mahi mahi filets, and chicken enchiladas, just to name a few. Even our children loved every bite! If you have the chance, be sure to book Cecilia for your next trip to Sayulita, you will be SO glad you did!

We had such an amazing time with Chef Cecilia and her team. She cooked two delicious meals for our group of 10 in Sayulita. She even cooked the Mahi Mahi we caught on our fishing trip :)

Chef Cecilia and her wonderful assistant Blanca cooked for us on the last night of our 8-day stay in Sayulita. We had eaten at what are supposed to be the best restaurants in town, and Cecilia blew them away. She had shopped that afternoon, so everything was absolutely fresh. The evening was both perfect and perfectly chill. She and Blanca are lovely people, professional and kind, and they created a very special evening for four of us. She is multi-talented, and every dish--from classics like the guacamole and tortilla soup (a highlight!) to the flourless chocolate cake (she also runs a bakery) were top notch. And after all that deliciousness, while we basked in it, they made the kitchen impeccable. Easily the best night of our vacation. Highly recommended and very reasonable prices (don't forget to tip!). We'll definitely enlist them again when we return.

When were blown away by the dinner Cecilia and her team provided for a private event. Everything was so delicious, her and her staff were absolutely fantastic. Even the picky kids in our group said it was delicious! Definitely a highlight of our trip to Sayulita.

Cecilia was fantastic, we had her for breakfast multiple mornings as well as dinner one evening and would absolutely hire her and her team again. The food was fresh and delicious and they were such a treat to spend time with. Can't wait to return!
