Casita Elena at Casa Terramar is off the beaten path yet close to all the action, nestled at the end of a cobblestone street, just 4 blocks from the beach and the charming village of Sayulita.
This adult only property is perfect location for active couples, vacationing friends, solo travelers and digital nomads.
Casita Elena at Casa Terramar is a unique, private 1 bedroom 1 bath casita. It features a phenomenal open air living space that includes a full kitchen, dining and living area under a palapa roof. The bedroom and bath are enclosed providing our guests the best balance of indoor and outdoor living. The bedroom has a queen and twin bed, accommodating up to 3 guests. The unit is surrounded by lush greenery with a wonderful view of the jungle and town. Our guests say that it feels like a tropical treehouse.
The property features a large beautiful pool, one that you can actually swim laps in. The poolside patio area is surrounded with tropical greenery, chaise loungers and umbrellas for comfortable poolside relaxing. Our upper terrace is a fun place to chill and a guest favorite. It’s the perfect spot to slip into the hammock, read a book, practice yoga, enjoy a private little happy hour or perhaps dinner alfresco complete with a mellow ocean breeze.
The lush tropical landscaping makes the property feel like you are in your own private oasis. Most guests spend at least one day during their visit hanging by the pool and enjoying the tranquility of the space

Casita Elena at Casa Terramar amenities include:
- Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need; including coffee maker, microwave, toaster, utensils, dishes etc.
- Purified drinking and cooking water supplied. Bacteriacida is also included for washing fresh fruit and vegetables.
- Housekeeping service is provided once per week. Your unit will be cleaned and supplied with fresh towels and linens.
- Upgraded wireless internet system providing our guests with better coverage and stability.
- Digital safe for your valuables.

- Beach towels are provided. Umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards and coolers are available for you to use as well.
We are centrally located and close to both the beach and the village (about 4 blocks). We are at the end of a dead end street off of Calle Coral and the main boulevard into town. 4 blocks to the west is the beach and the northern surf break. The area is a mix of Mexican and vacation homes which gives an authentic feeling to the neighborhood.

Reservation terms
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival date. We use paypal for all deposits, which allow you to pay with any credit card. Please note there is a 4% charge that is added to your rent.
Rates subject to change without notice prior to booking. Our units rent by the week, typically from Saturday to Saturday. We are happy to accommodate alternative arrival dates based on availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event that you need to cancel or change your reservation, a full refund of your deposit will be given up to 30 days prior to your arrival date. After that we will refund only if we can re-rent your unit for the same dates. A $150.00 transaction fee is deducted from all refunds.
Covid Cancellation Policy:
Guests will be provided a full refund (less PayPal fee) or credit towards a future stay in the event that travel is impossible due to the pandemic; ie. airport and or borders are closed, all flights are cancelled and the airline is no longer flying to Mexico, etc.
Note that we do not offer refunds on partial stays for any reason.
