Casa Tres Vistas (House of the Three Views) is located on Gringo Hill above the Sayulita Plaza. Privately and uniquely positioned to view the jungle to the south, sunsets to the west and ocean and town to the north. This beautiful home is a five minute walk to the beach yet provides tranquility and peace after a day of either mixing with the locals and turistas or just staying put.
Casa Tres Vista is a THREE BEDROOM/THREE AND A HALF BATH luxury Mexican villa with swimming pool and expansive pool terrace, lovely sunsets and ocean view.
Contemporary furniture combined with Mexican Artwork details the entire villa. Each of the three bedrooms have pillow-top mattresses, air conditionining and their own ensuite bathroms. Two of the bedrooms on the main level are separated by the living and dining area that looks out onto the large terrace and pool. The third bedroom is on second level and looks down at the pool and terrace.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for those inspired to cook.
From the living and dining room area, large iron doors open wide to the lovely pool terrace creating an exquisite spaciousness. Its indoor-outdoor living at it’s best! Put some fresh fish on the barbeque, take a dip in the pool, be refreshed by the warm evening breezes and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from this breathtaking spot….It is paradise!
Maid service is twice weekly and drinkable water is provided at kitchen sink special tap.

Gratuity for our cleaning staff who come every other day to freshen things up is suggested.
Reservations are held with a 50% deposit with the balance paid 60 days prior to arrival. For the enjoyment of all, Casa Tres Vistas requests at least a three night reservation.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of deposit payment are fully refunded. Cancellations with at least 60 days notice receive their 50% deposit refunded. With less than 60 days notice, the 50% deposit is not refunded.
