Everything we had hoped and more!
We had a marvelous trip down to Sayulita and stayed with the team at Villa Seis. Villa Seis is inside a gated neighborhood of only a few homes. The road up is manageable, we loved renting a golf cart to get around. The views are divine. House was super clean and well maintained. Sayulita at your Service helped at each step, from booking to helping with airport shuttles. Highly recommend!!!

Stunning view, gorgeous house!!
The view and the house are even better than in the pictures--absolutely stunning! Can't say enough good things about the house. It is exactly what we were looking for.

The property managers, Sayulita at your Service, stand out by far as the most attentive and responsive service I have ever received. They take care of you!

Caution for the hotter months: Until a second AC unit is installed in the living room and dining room, the AC is insufficient. The sun hits the floor-to-ceiling windows, plus there is a long lovely skylight in the kitchen, and all of these let in a lot of heat. Closing the blinds helps, but in the hot months it will still be hot. The bathrooms are not air conditioned. The bedrooms all have fans and AC.

Interestingly, many places only put air conditioning in the bedrooms, so be sure to check that out wherever you stay.

Repeating what others have said: taxis may not be willing to drive up the hill. It's not a long hill, just a short steep slope they don't want to have trouble on. A golf cart can make it, though maybe not if it's wet, however, there are parking spots inside the neighborhood gate just downhill--it's not bad unless you can't walk up hills.

You could pretty happily stay here the whole time just enjoying the views in peace and quiet, but it's so much fun to check out Sayulita. It's 7-9 minutes to get to the close part of town and another 1-2 minutes to the beach. 5 more minutes puts you central to most places in town.

Also recommend walking or taking a golf cart or taxi ($5) to Playa Los Muertos. Absolutely gorgeous beach. Some nice snorkeling by the rocks, especially this one rock sitting out by itself. Private golf cart parking is 100 pesos, so it doesn't matter much if you take a golf cart or taxi. Or walk! It's only about 20 minutes, maybe 25 if you don't walk super fast. Best to early or late. It's not too crowded, but if you go in the morning or very late afternoon there are few people, which is lovely. There are many lovely day trips, including snorkeling and surfing at pristine beaches.

I highly recommend this villa to all potential guests!
It was gorgeous with an AMAZING view not fully captured in pictures. The pool was lovely and it is a short walk to the beach. Nicholas and his team were easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One random note is that the road to get up to the AirBnB is extremely steep so I would recommend a golf cart for coming and going from the town to the house. It is worth it though because the views on the hill are epic!

Great service but issues
The property management service was fantastic. We had several issues (no hot water, problem with a bathroom, no lighter for oven, security gate broken) but they came almost immediately and helped us out. The house is beautiful and the view is great. But here are some things to think about if you are considering this house: It is up a very rutted dirt road followed by a VERY steep cobblestone road. It is walkable but a scary golf cart ride is probably better. Also main level is two flights up. It is a very noisy location. The houses in this gated community are practically on top of each other. All windows in bedrooms face the street. So many parties, music and noise. You can easily been seen by the houses on either side when on the pool deck. Also construction noise all day. We had trouble sleeping even with ear plugs. The pool is heated and is saltwater. It is quite small--more like a dipping pool. About one-third is a low ledge with about 2 inches of water. In one of the downstairs bathrooms, a motor noise runs continuously.

It was all perfect!
Just returned from a week at Villa Seis, and it was absolute perfection. The house is beautiful, well stocked, and has a gorgeous view. This home was immaculately clean, thanks to the lovely Amalia and Chava, who cleaned three days/week. The dipping pool made it difficult to choose between going to the beach or lounging on the patio, so we managed to do both every day. There is a very short, steep hill on the way to the house, but no steeper than any of the other homes we've stayed in in Sayulita. We rented a golf cart for a couple of days, but it's not a necessity. The location is perfect - a 6-7 minute walk to restaurants and the beach, but far enough away from the center of town to not hear the noise at night. As wonderful as this house is, the staff at Sayulita At Your Service are even better. They were helpful, responsive, eager to offer suggestions of running trails, restaurants, hideaway beaches, in-home chefs, and checked in often to be sure we had everything we needed. Many, many thanks to Gabbi, Nick, and the rest of the team for welcoming us to Sayulita so kindly and professionally.

This house is one of my favorite places to stay.
Nicks team, from the house manager to the housekeeper are lovely, kind and helpful and really go out of their way, as well as above and beyond to make you feel at home. This is the second time I have stayed here and enjoyed it even more than the last. The house itself is beautiful. Having the open air living room/pool is great so everyone can do their own activities but feel connected. Plenty of items to make cooking easy when you don't feel like going down the hill into town. I love knowing that I don't have to worry about a thing because they always take suchw good care of arranging anything you need. I can't wait to come back again.

Mucho Bueno !
Myself and two of my best girl friends travelled to Sayulita and stayed at Villa Seise from January 19th - 24th 2023. Not only is the villa beautiful and amazingly located, but the service we received from Gabbi, Nick and their team made us feel like we were reuniting with old friends. They set up a what’s app chat ahead of our travels for any questions or recommendations we may have had, arranged all of our transportation, as well as a golf cart for our stay (which I highly recommend, with that stunning view comes a bit of an uphill treck) and greeted us upon arrival. They not only showed us around the villa and gave us the lay of the land, but they took in all of our luggage and groceries and unpacked them for us. Sayulita is an incredible place and the people are no different. When we weren’t at the beach or exploring Sayulita by golf cart with mezcal margaritas in hand, we were pool side at the villa enjoying the incredible views and property. The beds were super clean and comfortable and we felt safe and at home. As a short term rental owner I can recognize and appreciate an A + property and customer service experience. This was exactly that. If you enjoy all the comforts of home in new and whimsical places, this place is for you! We will be back 😊
