Savor the aroma of simmering saffron broth and socialize around the colorful pan of paella as we prepare this amazing dish of seafood, meat, rice, and veggies on site.
We have a quiver of paella pans from small to enormous and can easily accommodate groups as small as 8 and as large as 100 or more.

Awesome experience!!!
Yumm...Bob and Donna make the best food and drink!! Highly recommend letting them cater a paella feast for you. This guy has paella down. He goes out of his way to acquire the right ingredients, and has been making paella for 20 years. Accept no substitutes. It's one of the more difficult dishes to do right and Bob has it wired. Throw in his margarita service as long as he's there. Yeah you could fill up on tacos for less money but this is an exotic, exquisite meal, and for what he's providing, it is frankly under priced. Returning in April 2012 and planning to book El Paellero again.

Delicious!
Bob did a great job preparing our Paella right at the house, it was fantastic. The margaritas and guac were superb! He was also very flexible in accommodating our group.
