CASA (main house) JACARANDA (2 BR / 2BA) is an artistically decorated, ocean view home in South Sayulita surrounded by tropical gardens. It has two bedrooms and adjoining baths-one up and one down. Both have queen size beds with air conditioning and fans. The living area and kitchen are also equipped with fans. A short 5 minute walk takes you to the village center or the many beaches. Our cobbled driveway has off-street parking. It is also quiet, and in a lovely neighborhood. Entertaining or just relaxing is perfect on the large terrace with its stone fountain, in the hammock garden or in the generous living area inside. It is a grand place for star watching or being lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. Bird watching is a daily pleasure.

The kitchen is well equipped with oven, toaster oven, coffee grinder and maker, blender, microwave, basic supplies, and a purified water faucet for drinking water. There is maid service twice weekly with a change of linens. A gardener/handyman comes in the afternoons for 3 hours.

CASITA JACARANDA (1BD / 1BA) The cute little addition, Casita Jacaranda (no a.c.), is located just beneath and around the side of Casa Jacaranda. The main house and casita can be rented together as a 3 bedroom. In front of the casita is a quaint terrace which enters into the full kitchen (no oven) and off to the right is the bedroom and bathroom.
