Casitas Tortugas in Sayulita is tucked away in one of Sayulita’s charming neighborhoods on the south side, and offers you tranquility and nature while being conveniently located only 2 blocks from the center of town and 2 block from the main beach and surf break. Choose to relax in the tucked away Casitas Tortugas or venture outside and be in the center of town, at the beach, or on the surf break, in a matter of minutes.
Each tastefully decorated casita offers a double bed, a kitchenette, a full bath, and a small living room area. The casitas were designed with fresh air in mind, each one opens to the beautiful Sayulita breezes and the beautiful patio&garden area. The Casitas also come equipped with ceiling fans, now the 4 one bedroom casitas have AC, ask about it, specially good during the low Summer season.
If your idea of a Sayulita vacation is relaxing in a tranquil, non smoking, eco-friendly environment,with a bit of tropical jungle, and enjoying peaceful days in a natural setting, please come join us at Casitas Tortugas.
Nature lovers, photographers, and bird watchers will enjoy spending the day exploring near by natural areas and even the many birds that come to visit the Casitas Garden areas.
Casitas Tortugas consist of four attached one bedroom casitas, a jungle penthouse that can sleep three and a 3 BR apartment (2.5 bedroom suite) where up to 6 people can sleep. We are happy to rent the casitas separately, or to a larger group traveling to Sayulita together, as we can accommodate up to 17 guests. Casitas Tortugas is an ideal place for retreats, workshops, groups renting all the units for any kind of special event. About 17 people can be accomodated between the 6 apartments.
Additional amenities include: Surf board racks, high speed internet, exercising or yoga patio, drinking water filter to refill your bottles.

1BR Casitas: $70US a night, low season with AC / $70 US a night, high season /$90/night Holiday
Ask about availability for large groups up to 17 people.
There will be a charge of $15 US a night for every additional guest.
High season: November through May
Low season: June through October
Holidays:
Christmas/New Year holidays: Dec 21 through Jan 3
Thanksgiving week: Nov. 24 through Nov 30
50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking, balance due in cash upon arrival.
Deposits will be refunded only if dates are re-rented, minus $100 US processing fee.
We are now using Pay Pal if you prefer to pay with a credit card. Just let us know and we will send you the payment request from the Pay Pal account. A 3% fee will be added to cover PayPal fees.
There is a 3 night minimum stay for all of the apartments.

We can offer some long term deals during the low season, ask us!
Cancellations refunds:
90 days prior to arrival time minus $100 USD processing fee. Or, if closer to arrival time, if the same dates get rented to other clients, minus $100 processing fee. I can also give you full credit for another visit.
PayPal is always a good option for people wanting to use a credit or debit card, 3% will be added to cover fees. Direct deposit to an account at Bank of America, or use Zelle, or a regular money transfer or a check to a Bank address I will provide to send checks. Canadians can e/transfer using Interac to an email I will provide, or PayPal.
