This tropical oasis boasts five bedrooms, five full baths and two half baths. While no two rooms are the same, they all offer something special. With outdoor soaking tubs, private gardens, ensuite bathrooms, private balconies & remarkable sunset views, every bedroom feels like the primary suite. Gracious living space allows for larger gatherings, with indoor dining for 14, and a rooftop terrace that can accommodate seated dinners for up to 40 as well as smaller cozy spaces for sneaking away including an art studio loft.

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking. All cancellations must be received at least 90 days prior to expected arrival date, or no refunds shall be granted. Late cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the reservation and no refund will be granted.
If you cancel more than 90 days before your arrival, your prepayment deposit will be refunded less a 10% transaction fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 90-days of your arrival. In recognition of current disruptions in travel, it is recommended that you purchase travel insurance (inclusive of COVID-19 coverage where applicable) to protect your purchase prior to confirmation and acceptance of these terms. The property does NOT provide exemptions from its cancellation policy for medical or personal matters, inclement weather, or other circumstances.
Bookings made more than 90 days prior to arrival will require a 50% deposit of your total reservation amount due at the time of reservation. 90 days prior to your expected arrival date, a full, non-refundable prepayment, including tax, will be charged to the booking credit card.

The Property reserves the right to cancel a stay at any time prior to the scheduled check in time on the day of arrival for any reason. If the Property cancels a stay, a refund will be issued for prepayments.

Our private driver was waiting for us at Puerto Vallarta airport (arranged by Casa Rosada) and whisked us away on the scenic drive to Sayulita - a true beach town with great food, fun bars, and a laid-back attitude.
From the welcome drinks (Casa Rosada house cocktail!), to the service the entire time, to the private rooftop massage, private rooftop yoga, surf lessons, private tequila tasting, and everything in between - there is no stone left unturned at Casa Rosada.
Maru and the entire staff were attentive, knowledgeable, fun, and made our trip a breeze! I strongly suggest taking them up on their recommendations for restaurants - some of the best meals I have ever had!
With the ambient noise of waves in the backyard, a beautiful beach, and the incredible home itself - I have never been in a more relaxing environment. Sonos speakers throughout, TRX bands / free weights / yoga mats on the roof, a T.V. room (although I never went in it!); the owners truly thought of everything.
I felt immersed in a piece of art (the house), in nature, in a beautiful beach town, with great company.
