Casa Carrollena - Beautifully Renovated Beachfront Private Home

Casa Carrollena is the most comfortable and beautiful beach front home in Sayulita! Casa Carrollena is a recently renovated, 3 bedroom gorgeous home located on the beach just a 5 minute walk from Sayulita's main beach and town. The house has an outdoor patio and a lovely indoor patio closed from the elements if one wishes, but always open to the sun and surf  - the perfect place to relax, protected from the sun and still catching all the action. The house has three bedrooms, 2 queen beds and one king. One of the bedrooms opens onto a private patio. We offer AC in the front bedrooms and in the living/kitchen area. The back bedroom is very shady and stays incredibly cool in the summer.

Casa Carrollena has a maid service 6 days per week. Gema does a wonderful job, and will cook for guests for an additional charge - well worth it, as her food is wonderful!

Casa Carrollena is perfectly located on the property so that you are able to catch all the beach and pool action without leaving the comfort of your own patio. This house has a Palapa roof over the "lounge" area with very comfortable chairs so that you can enjoy everything that's going on but stay out of the sun and cooled by the ocean breeze. The house has glass doors and windows so that it's bright inside whether the doors are open or closed.

The living room is very comfortable and there is also a dining area that makes you feel you are outside with the large shuttered windows on two sides. There is wireless in the house, and a huge shared pool between all the homes there with room for all.
