Tamara Bode (harmoniaspa@gmail.com), owner of Harmonia Holistica, is a Certified Massage Therapist with 18 years of experience.

Victor states: “I am focused on providing my patients with high quality scientific chiropractic, along with information on exercise, nutrition, relaxation, and stress management.”  A healthy nervous system, through chiropractic, good posture, and proper nutrition and exercise, are the keys to unlocking the door to better health and wellness.

Tamara offers a variety of types of massage and treatments depending on what the body needs “to bring you to your optimum health”.

Victor practices manual medicine, which includes traditional high velocity manipulation when necessary, muscle energy techniques, and soft tissue mobilization.  Skilled at orthopedic and neurological diagnosis, Victor cares for sports related injuries as well as acute and chronic spine and extremity issues.

He graduated in 1979 from Northwestern College of Chiropractic (now Northwestern Health Sciences University) in St. Paul, Minnesota, U.S.   During his years of practice, he was a faculty member teaching undergraduates and postgraduate acupuncture.  For 25 years as an adjunct clinical faculty member, he provided supervision to students in their internships.  He has taught management of musculoskeletal conditions at The American Academy of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in St. Paul, Minnesota and at the Minnesota Institute of Acupuncture and Herbal Studies.

Tamara Bode has practiced massage therapy for 18 years, and operates Harmonica Holistica. She studied with Steven Yates in Kentucky, U.S., and studies annually.  She spent three years in India as a volunteer with Cross Cultural Solutions, where she provided massage therapy care for children with severe birth defects in institutional settings. It was there that she realized that the talents she has are a gift and must be used to help people.

Tamara provides high quality massage therapy and energy healing through Reiki therapy.  She has additional training in Usui Method, Second Degree, Facials and Body Treatments, Yin Yoga and other body disciplines such as deep tissue, myo-facial release, relaxing, and balancing.  She believes the body has the ability to heal itself, but in some cases may need some extra attention.  It is with that in mind that she offers her services to facilitate a holistic healing from the inside out.
