The house is only minutes from the village or beach. A small garden, off the back of the living area, offers an alternative to the beach scene with wonderful views of the mountains and all day sun. The house has a wonderful living room/kitchen area that opens on to both a covered patio as well as the sunny pool area with amazing views in all directions. The Sayulita Vacation Rental House is very private and views face both the beaches and a small garden off the dining room where you can watch the sun come up over the mountains behind the town and watch it set in the late afternoon. The bedroom/bath has a queen-size bed and doors that open to the patio and pool. There are sheets, towels, music (CD and tape), coffee grinder and a reasonably well setup kitchen. You can reach the beach and village in minutes by taking the walkway and steps down through the property or by walking the back road.
At the top of the walkway, Casa Alta Vista is up the stairs and Casa Mariposa is to the right on the ground floor. As you walk up on to the patio you will see one of the most amazing views you will see anywhere in the world including the Sayulita beaches, north to San Francisco and beyond. The pool and lounge chairs are there, waiting for you to lay back and relax in total Sayulita Mexico privacy!

RENTAL RATES
HIGH SEASON: Effective November 1, 2008 the rate will be $1,250/week
LOW SEASON (May 31 through October 31, 2008) - 30% price reduction
Effective May 31, 2009 the rate will be $125/night
3 night minimum, flexible days
Deposits and refunds
All reservations require a deposit of 50% in order to hold the reservation. The balance of the rental charge is due one month prior to your arrival.
If you cancel a reservation and we can re-book the house, we are happy to refund your deposit. If, however, we cannot re-rent the house, we will not refund the deposit.
