I would personally recommend Cachorro. He communicates well and speaks excellent English. He helps you every step of the way and makes learning fun!

The equipment and van was all quality stuff and we felt safe the whole time.
We saw the beautiful arches and lots of colorful fish.
Would highly recommend checking them out for a shore excursion if you come in on a ship or just vacationing down there. Very professional and so much fun!
I contacted Adam the owner, before my trip and he helped me organize the trip and see the local breaks. He had the best and newest gear (fleet of Paddle Boards for Paddle Surfing), he reserved my boards and helped me plan my 6 day SUP trip with his team. I stayed in Sayulita but traveled to breaks that had better waves and were less crowded. Adam made sure that we had the optimal daily conditions for waves with limited crowds. His team were always on time and we left to surf each morning at 7:30AM. Adam and his team provided a great experience with uncrowded waves and top notch gear. The experience met all of my expectations and I came away feeling that I got great value and new friends. I will be a return customer!!!
The selection of boards was excellent, every Starboard model was available. This was key because I wanted to surf AND tour and needed to right board to do both. After a short conversation with Adam, he dialed me in with the perfect board.
We also hired Pacific Paddle to take us on a tour of the Marieta Islands just off Punta de Mita coast. What a great experience. Johnny, Pacific Paddle's lead instructor tailored our tour to fit our paddling expertise and crafted a great trip for us that day. We were even treated to snacks and beer, an unexpected and much appreciated touch.
