ElopEvents and Signature Catering Co. in Sayulita specialize in intimate celebrations. We offer full service catering for up to 50 guests as well as Private Chef and drop off services. For larger celebrations, our sister company, Signature Catering Co. will take care of you and your guests.
A typical event starts with a refreshing drink and hand passed small bites offered by waitstaff followed by a flavorful meal with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Dinner may be plated courses paired with Mexican wines, small plates served cocktail style or a more casual interaction between guests as platters are served family style at dinner tables. We often wait to offer dessert, giving guests time and space to enjoy the festivities before setting out petit fours, scooping ice cream or presenting the cake.
Elope is known for attention to detail, flawless service and fabulous food. Whether you hire us to provide full catering or a la crate services you will not be disappointed. Some of our specialties include charcuterie platters, specialty cakes, traditional Mexican menus and Latin Asian fusion.

Plush Catering recently changed it’s name to Signature Catering Co. And released new menus after 17 years in Vallarta-Nayarit.
Unfortunately these clients missed not one, but two payments equaling over 75% of their catering contract and were wanting to pay the 3/4 balance after the fact (payments were due 45 days out and 10 days out respectively). They signed a contract stating payment terms as all clients do and when they did not fulfill the terms we continued with preparations for their wedding and provided several additional payment methods and options. There is also a record of our visit to the property on the scheduled day as there is of all entry and exit inside of the gates.
As our clients and collaborators know, we are professional and take our responsibilities seriously. We do require clients to pay for the services that they contract as any business would.

Also, we decided to have a dry wedding which I believe was a first for them, but they were able to create several delicious agua frescas and mocktails that were a hit the whole night.
On top of all this, the service during the whole event was impeccable. We felt very taken care of during the whole evening.
We would definitely recommend them to any couple looking for a premium catering company.
Of equal importance, Plush was the foundation for our wedding and sanity. We had many issues with our wedding coordinator which ultimately led to us finding a few coordinator 10days before the wedding (Plush's recommendation saved the day). Through the stress and anxiety prior, Blaire was our "rock." We always knew that if Blaire was involved, things would get done at the high level of standard we expect.
