Casa Manantial in Sayulita is an updated, refreshed condo/townhouse! Yes you CAN have it all in your Sayulita lodging.
Located in the very desirable north end of Sayulita, Casa Manantial is directly across the street from the beach and a short, FLAT stroll to town.
Ocean waves are heard thru the entire house, with 2 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, living, dining & kitchen areas. Sliding doors from the living
area lead to the outdoor patio and to the fully equipped, private rooftop deck, each with views of palms & ocean.
The Space
By day, hang by the pool at the secure, lush, beautifully landscaped Maraica complex of just 10 condo units. OR sit on the condo unit's private rooftop deck, lounge on the quiet beach just steps from your rental condo, stroll into town to shop, go on a horseback or ATV adventure, or hike to a completely undeveloped beach.
Hungry? A full kitchen is at your disposal, the north end restaurants a few quick blocks down the street, and with just a 10 minute walk you can dine anywhere in town.
Second-story (top floor) Casa Manantial has 2 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, with living, dining & kitchen areas. Sliding doors from the living area lead to the outdoor patio with a view of palm trees & ocean. Outdoor stairs lead to private rooftop deck complete with a table for 6, Weber grill, and a shaded seating area, which provides more expansive palm & beach view. There Is also a bar with seating area and a half bath on the rooftop.
Fully furnished and decorated with everything you'll need including beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, bath & bed linens, and hair dryers in each bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, stove, toaster oven, coffee maker w/filters, purified 20 liter water cooler, full size refrigerator and everything you'll need to prepare a meal at home. Basic staples such as oil and salt/pepper are also provided.
Each bedroom and the living area have separate air conditioning units and each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
The TVs are both equipped with an Amazon Firestick with access to many streaming services including Amazon Prime and Netflix. There is also a Bluetooth speaker for portable music.
Guest Access
You have full access to the condo with the exception of the owner's closet in the kitchen. Should you desire to have laundry done during your stay - the house cleaner will launder your clothes for you at a fee of 150 pesos per load - paid directly to Our cleaning person. Laundry of beach towels and change of sheets is included mid-week during a one week rental.

Casa Manantial also includes a private rooftop with a half bath, plenty of comfortable seating, bar area with a mini fridge and a dining table for 6 people, all with beautiful ocean views and soothing waves!

One thing to note for those with younger kids - you will benefit greatly from a golf cart as it's a bit of a walk to the square and other beaches. The beach near the house is beautiful but the waves were a little big for our kids, but the south beach was perfect and the golf cart made it super convenient to take our beach chairs and umbrella wherever we wanted.
Overall, I highly recommend Casa Manantial and we are definitely hoping to come back in the future!
The apartment is open and airy with rooftop views of the ocean through the palm trees. Morning yoga to the sound of waves on the shore was a treat :) The beach is a short 2min. walk away when you want to maximize that vit D, have a quick dip, or watch the sunset. We preferred this quiet section of beach to the busier areas on the main bay for lounging. The owners provided beach towels/blankets, chairs, and an umbrella. Two couples, or a small family, could easily enjoy this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom place together.
The owners and property manager were friendly and responsive to all questions (e.g. transit options to/from PVR airport, surf lesson recommendations, etc.). They've thought of everything. The casa is clean and well-stocked with everything needed to prepare meals at home (i.e. kitchen appliances, drinking water, oils, spices, etc.), but we appreciated Robert's (property manager) recommendations for places to enjoy local foods in town too. YUM!
There's a golf cart and parking available on site for rent if you need it. If you're able, we preferred exploring the area on foot and enjoyed the ~10min. walk to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. It's just far enough away from the nightlife for a peaceful sleep with comfortable beds & bedding too. For those flying in only with carry-on luggage, both bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
